I really liked my sales associate Jenna. She didn't rush me, and was knowledgable. She got me to try on a dress that I would never have chosen for myself, but Ioved it and it ended up being the one I got! My best friend was there and was also looking for a dress for her wedding, and after I was done Jenna helped her try on a dress she was looking at, even though she had no appointment. more

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I had a great experience at this store. The staff was welcoming and understanding...even though I broke the golden rule about bringing an entourage (I had 6 bridesmaids, mother of the groom, aunt of the bride and father of the bride who all wanted to come with me) and due to traffic we were 15 mins late. My salesperson, Jenna, kept me on task and reminded me to make sure my own opinion counted especially after my group loved a dress I didn't like. I can't wait to go and pick up my dress when it's ready!! I'll definitely recommend this store to all of the brides to be that I know. more

(Whitehall, PA) This was my first day looking for a wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. Upon entering the store we were totally ignored. Not even a ""Hello"" was uttered, it almost seemed like the woman working there were trying to avoid you. There was a small line at the counter and there were three employees standing at the counter but only one was helping with customers. The other two were just standing there trying not to make eye contact with anyone. When I finally got with someone they did have one of the gowns I liked (did my research online to narrow the field down) So I went to try it on. It seemed like the woman had less of a clue of what to do with a gown then I did. I had to ask her if I needed a strapless bra to go with the dress. I also had to ask her about a slip. When I asked her how the dress busseled in the back she replied with ""Oh Im not very good at this"" When I showed her my list of bridesmaids dresses that I had made (from looking online prior) she totally ignored it and tried to show me other dresses that I was not interested in. They didn't have ANY of the bridesmaids dresses in even close sizes to the girls I had along so all the dresses looked like they were going to swallow my girls up whole. They didn't even have anything to pin them back so that they looked somewhat the right size. more

Worst experience I""ve ever had at a dress store. I'd give it a 0 if possible, but it's not. So 1 star is what they get. - Made an appointment 2 months early, about 6 months before my wedding for a fitting. Showed up for my appointment, was told I did not have one. Tried to reschedule me for a few weeks away. Employees didn't believe me, so I showed them my appointment card and told them I was booked and could not reschedule. Seamstress was on vacation, so I was pinned by another seamstress. Was told the dress would be sewed and be finished at my next appointment. Unfortunately, it got worse from there. - Showed up for my ""final fitting."" Seamstress tried to give me the wrong dress. They went in the back and could not find MY dress. So I had to wait almost an hour for the seamstress to go back to her house to find my dress. The dress had not been sewed or touched since my first appointment. I had to be repinned. Asked when my wedding was and I told them. Response was basically, ""oh we have plenty of time to get it done."" Had to be rescheduled for ANOTHER final fitting. My wedding is less then a month away. My dress was supposed to be completed and it is not. Frankly, I'm terrified that it will not be done or lost again before my wedding. The stress and anxiety that I have been through at this place was not worth it. But best advice for any bride is if you like the dress, find it elsewhere at a boutique and if you need alterations, don't walk but RUN, RUN, RUN somewhere else. I would never, ever go through this again. more
