Worst experience I""ve ever had at a dress store. I'd give it a 0 if possible, but it's not. So 1 star is what they get.
- Made an appointment 2 months early, about 6 months before my wedding for a fitting. Showed up for my appointment, was told I did not have one. Tried to reschedule me for a few weeks away. Employees didn't believe me, so I showed them my appointment card and told them I was booked and could not reschedule. Seamstress was on vacation, so I was pinned by another seamstress. Was told the dress would be sewed and be finished at my next appointment. Unfortunately, it got worse from there.
- Showed up for my ""final fitting."" Seamstress tried to give me the wrong dress. They went in the back and could not find MY dress. So I had to wait almost an hour for the seamstress to go back to her house to find my dress. The dress had not been sewed or touched since my first appointment. I had to be repinned. Asked when my wedding was and I told them. Response was basically, ""oh we have plenty of time to get it done."" Had to be rescheduled for ANOTHER final fitting.
My wedding is less then a month away. My dress was supposed to be completed and it is not. Frankly, I'm terrified that it will not be done or lost again before my wedding. The stress and anxiety that I have been through at this place was not worth it. But best advice for any bride is if you like the dress, find it elsewhere at a boutique and if you need alterations, don't walk but RUN, RUN, RUN somewhere else. I would never, ever go through this again.
