Excellent Service and Advice!!! 2/23/2015

I worked with both Chad and Alex on my car. They took excellent care of my car and me, and gave me some options on what I needed to do. They gave me a rental car while they were working on mine. I got my car back the same day. Repairs/Services done- Car was leaking oil, replaced 1 part. Also had my headlight film taken off. (They look awesome!) more

Honest repair shop 11/28/2014

The price for my tune up seemed to be high priced. The engine still rattles the interior of the car, when in park or in gear ideling. I may need to take it back in to be checked more

Very friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy staff 4/28/2014

As a female, it's often intimidating to service your vehicle and risk being taken advantage of on parts or services not needed. I was very surprised at the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Alexander Automotive. I felt they were very trustworthy and honest. I like that and will recommend to others. I will definitely go back again!!!! more

Superb and friendly service 1/29/2014

Every time my car broke down, I always go to Alexander's. They are friendly and honest people. They always explain and show why the car broke down and which part they replace. Yes, they are not the cheapest in town but they won't rip you off by suggesting useless and unneeded repair like some other maintenance shops. more

Alexander, himself, makes this place so fabulous. 8/12/2013

I was in town for a conference and decided to have work done on my old Volvo while there. Another mechanic recommended Alexander's Automotive to me. Communication was very clear, including pictures the mechanics took before doing the work and after the work. Extremely clean facility. Alexander personally taxied me to my conference destination (all the way across town, bless him!). The best part of this review: They saved me over $300 off the expected amount, by simply fixing a part in the door, instead of installing the new piece they had ordered. It would have been an easy way to 'screw' the customer, yet Alexander's Automotive called me to discuss the options and were very open and honest with me. Highest praises for this shop. more
