I love my rimless glasses! 8/19/2013

Alex Optical is GREAT! I have read the positive reviews about Alex Optical and I agree. They really go out of their way to help you out. They are not a franchise, which is nice. I didn't realize that Alex Optical has been around since the Tower Plaza days. Since I bought my glasses from their Metro store, I have taken my friends, mom and sister as well. And they have loved the staff. They have such a range of product that it's hard not to find something you love. I love my rimless glasses! I have been recommending Alex Optical to everyone. more

I have been an Alex Optical customer for 20 years and remember going to this fine establishment for all my vision healthcare needs when they were in Tower Plaza on Thomas Rd. What keeps me coming back to Alex Optical after all these years is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have gotten my eyeglasses at other places, but no place do I get the service as I get at Alex Optical. When I get my eyeglasses made at Alex Optical I know I am getting a good quality pair of glasses that will benefit me and my vision healthcare needs. I got this rimless pair of glasses and wanted the lenses to be a certain shape and they were able to do it. It turned out AWESOME. I went to Lenscrafters, EyeMasters and Costco but no one else could do get what I wanted. I got a CUSTOM shape, who else could say that! more

I walked in at a busy time but was greeted immediately. I had to wait just a bit and the lenses got changed and it came out perfectly. I am very satisfied with results. I can see clearly!! more

Great deals! 8/24/2011

I left America's Best because they advertise 2 pair of glasses for $79, sure they had some but not the ones I seen on TV. Everything was an add on by the time I was done, 2 pair was over $275.00. I went to Alex Optical on Sunday at AZ Mills Mall. Carol was not pushy and I got 2 pair for $240.00 and Joe made them in an hour for both pair. They have a doctor there to examine the eyes for only $29.00 more
