Very Professional. 2/6/2015

This was the first time I worked with Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision Repair. They helped me with my Lexus, and were great to work with. Someone backed into me, and did a lot of damage to the passenger side of my vehicle. They had to replace several parts and repaint it. They did a great job overall, and were very friendly to work with. I would recommend them. more

Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision Repair was the only auto shop that was willing to work on my car is really old. It took a few weeks to repair but they went above and beyond with excellent service. They even fixed a scratch and it was simply nice. more

i can't say enough good things 8/25/2014

Alchemy Auto Painting is an awesome company, it's now my second time using their service and I can't say enough good things about them. They're thorough in their work and their color matching is incredible, you wouldn't even know I had work done on the car. In addition to their quality work, they also have excellent service. I needed a ride home while my car was getting worked on, and to my surprise they happily offered to drive me back. It's a twenty-five minute ride, but they were eager to accommodate me which I really appreciated. It was an excellent experience all around. more

Great customer service and friendly 8/18/2014

Alchemy Auto Painting and Collision Repair provided excellent service. I walked in, and they catered to me. They picked up my rental car for me, and did everything I asked them to do. The timing in which they took to finish my car was good. I had been in an accident, and the other driver was at fault. Their insurance company recommended them to me. They happened to be right around the corner, which was very convenient for me. They were honest, friendly, helpful, fair, and gave really good customer service. The car looks excellent. more

Great experience 1/23/2014

I took my car in for a repair to my bumper and my paint on the car. The staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. My car looked beautiful and they even fixed the upholstery on my door that was falling off. That was going above and beyond. Awesome experience overall. Friendly, very knowledgeable and informative 1/21/2014

Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision Repair repaired a shattered windshield and also helped me when I was in a car accident and the cost of repairs exceeded the value of the car. Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision Repair took care of a collision I had and they were really friendly and nice but it did take a long time to fix the car. I also wish the communication was a little bit better but, regardless, they were great and the product came out good. more

Beautiful job on my vehicle. A very positive experience. 11/21/2013

My experience with Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision Repair was very positive. I did not pay for the work as it was paid for by another insurance company, so I cannot speak to the price for value so much. On a whole though, everything was just fine. The staff was very attentive when I dropped off my vehicle. For the most part, they were able to keep in good communication with me, though I did have to call them a couple of times throughout the process. It took about ten full business days for them to complete the job, and in the end, it was beautiful. It came back to me in really nice condition. This was a very good auto repair business to work with. more

Alchemy is very personable, very professional, and gives a great product. 10/25/2013

I recommend Alchemy Painting & Collision Repair all the time. I had a problem with the paint on my truck that I tried to get repaired through the manufacturer. They didn't want to do anything and said it was just a defect. I went to several shops and they all said the same thing: it was a paint defect from the factory and they weren't going to do anything for me. Alchemy gave me a break on everything and fixed it the way it was supposed to be. It's a very clean, well-run shop and the people in it are very nice. I think you'd be pleased with whatever you needed done there. When I was in there they had a 1947 Cadillac that they had just had to strip the lacquer off of and repaint. The car looked brand new. It was a nice piece of work they did on it. They were also doing some other mechanical things for it. So their work spans many genres. It appears that they take pride in what they do. more

Horrible experience ... -10 rating for this shop 10/8/2013

I stopped at this shop, due to all the great reviews they had. However, I have had the most unpleasant experience with this company. In addition, to having to return to this location 8 times after work was supposed to have been completed. Nightmare started w/the trunk not closing properly, I returned several times for this same issue. Turns out based on the manager there, They installed a part backwards, which was preventing the trunk being closed properly. The manager at this shop argues the issue is not poor workmanship: however if parts are being installed backwards , I beg to differ. Now my vehicles bumper which they installed keeps popping out of place. In addition, to the headache (waste of time, gas and energy) the manager raises his voice at me indicating this is not a poor work man ship. I consider it unprofessional and tacky when an individual raises their voice at a customer and attempts to create a shouting match. After the 9 time returning to this place I hope they can get it right. The manger indicates I have only stopped 3 times.. however I have wasted my time and gas, so yes I'm keeping track. more

Excellent and efficient work 10/4/2013

I have worked with Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision Repair on several occasions. They do excellent work and even throw in some extra things for me at no additional charge. All of the staff works efficiently. The turnaround time of their work is fair. You can keep up with the status of your car through a website link that they provide you with. I have been very pleased with the experience. You shouldn't have any problems with them. more

Repaired my car twice 5/22/2013

Alchemy Auto Painting and Collision Repair has worked on my rear lights-pulling them out and swapping them for new ones. They didn't charge me because the work was like 30 minutes which was really nice. I liked working with the owner as he is accommodating and really knowledgeable and tries to get you the best deal possible. A dent in my front hood was the second reason I went to Alchemy. I got several estimates and they had the best price and did the job that same day. They drove me to a rental place to get a rental car and the job was done in 3 days as promised. They repaired the hood and it looked brand new without having to replace it. They really saved me as my car was a 2013 brand new car with a dent in it and they made the repair process simple and stress-free. more

I took my van into Alchemy Collision Repair after an accident. There were two panel doors that had to be completely replaced, and the interior portion around the doors needed to be straightened up. The back end was scratched and had to be repaired also. It was fair enough in terms of pricing, but it took a little longer than it was supposed to take. more

Go to Alchemy and your worries will end 9/21/2012

We have an AC company and one of our vans got damaged pretty bad. So, we took it to Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision Repair, a local shop, to have it fixed. The repair work was fantastic! It exceeded our expectation. I was pleased with how well they rallied on our behalf to have our insurance company pick up the cost. Since then, we have gone back each time we've needed work done on any of our fleet vans. We are pleased with the service they have provided and how they have managed to resolve our worries. Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision Repair did three of my body repairs. There was an incident, but the owner was generous to offer paying for my rental. I liked the family atmosphere at the company. I have been to other repair places before where I feel like I'm just a number to them. Alchemy has a pretty friendly environment, where they're willing to help. Alchemy Auto Painting & Collision Repair deserves beyond the highest rating for their service. They are probably the best repair and paint shop I have ever dealt with. They're currently working on three cars for me. They do cost about 10 more than most other places, but it's well worth it. I have been in many times with questions, and they are very truthful in their answers. It is easy to get your work accomplished, and they usually do it so fast. They have made it easy helping me to make decisions, and I really appreciate that, because I tell you, as I get older, time just seems to go faster and faster. more
