I really liked my realtor from Brokers 12. I was looking for specific property when I was still a student. (a 4 plex to live in and rent out the other units). She was the only realtor who would even give me the time of day because I didn't have a job yet. She found me a great deal, worked with me long distance, and since then I have referred her a lot of my family members who also like investment properties and they have bought probably about a million dollars worth of property from her. She has a good nose for finding what you want before other people know about it.
