I was really nervous about having plastic surgery. This was all new to me. From the moment we walked into Dr. Sessa’s office we were made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Sessa’s staff are very professional and kind. Dr. Sessa is very professional and really listens to what you are looking for and he delivers. I had a full tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and liposuction on my hips and flanks all in the same day. I couldn’t be happier with my results. This has been the WORST thing I have done to myself by far as well as the most waste of money I’ve ever spent. I had a Breast Augmentation done by Dr. Sessa in July of 2017. I was 22 years old and wanted beautiful perky boobs. Not even two months later my boobs dropped drastically. I knew they were going to drop a little but my results are low saggy boobs that I don’t even feel comfortable being naked or not wearing a push up bra. I live 2 hours away from Dr. Sessa’s office so life got ahead of me and I was unable to go right back in the office to go over my hatred for my newly done Breast Augmentation. I went in today after having a baby 6 weeks ago. I was told that they look the way they do all due to having a child. Mind you this happened way before having a baby. I was told that he knew how upset I was and how displeased I am with the result but nothing was brought up on how we can fix them other than a 8,000 lift.... I JUST HAD THESE DONE A YEAR AND A HALF AGO!!!! After my experience with this surgeon find someone that cares enough about his patients to stand by his work and make things right. more

I found Dr. Sessa on the internet. I then went to his seminar. I was very impressed. I made an appointment with him and discussed what I wanted. I had a smart lift, microdermabraison, and filler in my upper lip. My results are wonderful. My neck is young looking again. I have no wrinkles between my nose and upper lip. And I now have an upper lip line. I wear lipstick all the time now! The staff in Dr. Sessa's office were very kind and helpful. They answered questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. I am 3-months post-op for Breast Aug, Laser-Lipo (outer thighs) and 10 Venus Freeze treatments (abdomen, non-surgical). I could not be happier with the results! Dr. Sessa, and his entire staff, is friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience beginning with my first phone to the office all the way through to my 3-month follow-up. I thought the consultation process would make me uncomfortable since I felt embarrassed by my body after having (and breast-feeding 3 children), but Dr. Sessa has excellent bed-side manner! He, and his nurses, made it easy to talk about what I wanted to change and what I was hoping to achieve. I'm a 37-year old mother and avid runner and was concerned with looking too 'fake' and possibly making myself uncomfortable while running because of larger breasts. Dr. Sessa made two suggestions for implant size based on my measurements and concerns. I opted for the slightly larger. I am so glad I did! I LOVE the final results! I went from an A-cup to a C-cup and they look and feel VERY natural, and have had no effect on my workouts. They are PERFECT! I also had lipo on my outer thighs to remove the small pockets of fat that just never seemed to go away not matter how hard trained. My husband thought I was crazy for focusing on it but agreed to let me add the procedure since it bothered me...funny part is now all he says is how great it looks - admitting he had no idea what a big difference such a small area would make. I LOVE IT! I also had Venus treatments on my stomach to tighten up the skin that had been stretched from three pregnancies. I have stretch marks in this area but was less bothered by the scaring than the saggy skin. Venus is not a surgical procedure so the results are not as extreme as a tummy tuck but I am happy with the improvement and I absolutely loved having the treatments with Jackie (the esthetician). Dr. Sessa and his team at Sarasota Surgical Arts, are top-knotch and the results exceeded my expectations! more

I had Dr Sessas smart lift 2 years ago, fabulous results. three days of discomfort and no pain. second visit two years later i had a brow lift, laser maintenance...totally awesome results! Dr Sessa's skill and compassion makes him the highest cosmetic surgeon in the industry. I am 64 going on 30!! The office staff here is fabulous and the Seth the guy who does the anesthesia is wonderful.. No side effects and this is highly recommended. I couldn't be happier with the choices I've made regarding my breast augmentation. I did years of research. Went to several different cities and even a couple states. I even considered going out of country. I went to several consultations with different doctors and just did not get any consistent answers or I didn't get complete answers. I felt like most of the doctors just basically wanted me to trust that they knew what I wanted and would make all decisions for me. I was rushed in and rushed out when I didn't commit to surgery on the spot. I continued my research for a couple months on a daily basis, mostly on internet. I finally came across Dr. Sessa. I liked what I read and watched every single video he has. I liked him right away and decided to make an appt to see if he was just as compassionate in person as on video's. He was very much so, and I did commit to surgery. He explained everything that would happen before and after surgery. Therefore, I knew what to expect every step of the way. If I did have a concern, I knew I could call and speak to Dr. Sessa personally and not an answering service. I am very pleased with the outcome of my new improved breast. I will recommend Dr. Sessa to everyone I know. I plan to have more surgery and I would not go to any other doctor other than Dr. Sessa. He does great work and his prices are very reasonable. Dr. Sessa and his staff are absolutely amazing. Wonderful bedside manner, answered every question I had with no problem. I never felt like I was bothering them as I did have alot of questions. I did alot of research on this procedure before choosing him as my doctor. I was a bit timid at first as Sarasota is not huge on buttock lift (yet) if you compare it to a city like Miami. I became familiar with this practice through friends who have had breast augmentations, and I also was a patient with Jackie at his office whom performed the Venus Freeze on my abdomen (also amazing -lost two inches off my waist). After I met with Dr. Sessa and his assistant for my consultation, I looked through the prior bbl surgeries he has performed and I was impressed with their results. Well, all I can say is I am so pleased I chose Dr. Sessa and his team to perform this surgery. After a baby, I had that "baby pouch" that wouldnt go away, and my butt which used to be perky and round, had also lost its tone and started going down south = / He reversed this and I now feel happier and more confident with my booty and figure then I did before baby! I am beyond pleased with my results post liposuction. This is the first time I have worn shorts in 10 years and couldn't be happier! This surgery has changed my life.
