Experienced Technicians 1/3/2012

Spent 2 years going to a dealership trying to figure out what was causing a miss in my diesel truck. i was refered to Alans by a friend after getting a sameday appointment and 30 minutes later they diagnosed the problem, that was 2 years ago, i have been a loyal costumer ever since and will not take any of my vehicles to any other mechanic. when i go in for oil changes they do visaul inspection to let me know of up coming repair issues that need to addressed. i highly recommend Alans' Auto and Diesel to any body with one car to a fleet of trucks. more

Friendly Service 8/26/2011

Service was friendly and tried to work around my schedule. They got some major work done in a day, allowing me to keep my car rental to a minimum. The cost was what they said it would be and there was no unpleasant surprises. I intend to bring my car back for more servicing when the time comes. more

Great Prices 8/19/2011

I came to Alan's for a car smog check. They were very quick to get it in and out. I think it took them about 20 minutes to do it, which was great because I had gone to do it on my lunch break. It was very inexpensive and the staff there is very nice. more

A/C service 8/18/2011

Took my Mitsubishi in for some A/C service. Wasn't blowing cool enough air through the vents. I was able to drop off on Friday and pick up on Saturday which was convenient for my work schedule. I appreciated the staff and Alan was up front up the charge and the addition of the freon to boost the cool level. more

Wow everything went super smooth for me. I made an appointment online, took my car in and I dealt with Alan here in Colorado Springs to handle some issues I was having with my Chevy big truck. He was very professional and didn't try and sell me service I didn't need as I did already know what the issue was. Ordered the parts and my car was done before the close of business. more

Good repair shop 8/16/2011

I found a good place for my Toyota repair. Sometimes I need just basic service such as a tune up and oil change but this past week I had to have CV joint replaced because it kept making a popping noise upon making left turns. I felt that the service was quick and painless now my car does not make that noise and I feel great. more

Open Saturdays 8/15/2011

I took my truck here last weekend and was so happy to know they were opened on Saturdays. This being the only available time that I have during the week. They had a nice waiting with internet connection, before I knew it my truck was ready to go. more

One of my friends recommend Alan's Auto & Diesel Repair to me, they have been goin there for a few years and they said they were really good. So I went thinking they were good but THEY WERE AMAZING!!!! Everyone was so nice and polite and they were really fast and did a really good job. THANK YOU!! YOU ARE GREAT!! more

No more squeak 8/11/2011

Dropped my car off in the a.m. for a brake job. Enjoyed a cup of hot coffee while tech explained the service. Picked my car up at lunch. Car stops just find with no more squeak. more

Power tune up 8/10/2011

While researching auto repair facilities here I came across Alan's Auto and Diesel Repair and found some coupons on their site. I went with the power tune up and my Explorer. The service was quick. Picked it up on my lunch hour and everything was good to go. Close to my work so that worked for me. more

A very reliable local garage. Alan is all about great customer service, and goes the extra mile. He deflated my fears about ""being taken"" by other mechanics playing on my automotive ignorance. He's a truly good guy, knows his stuff, and will work to save me money if he can find it. Thanks, and we'll continue to bring our wheels into your shop. more

Great HONEST work done at fair prices and their customer courtesy is unmatched! Free ride to or from work or home. They make it convenient to have auto work done! That's no small feat! As mentioned by other reviewers, they seem to value each customer as a potential life long client, and they treat you just that way. more
