Ridiculous! Went into see Dr. Edwards and was charged $750 for him to stick a probe up my nose. He was more interested in finding as cash cow for future visits; ordered sleep studies and Ct Scans without even going the antibiotic route first. He never even discussed that he was giving me a procedure and that he chrged $500.00 for doing it. I still cannot breath out of my sinuses despite this procedure! never, never, never go there. more

Mackenzie Thomas Audiologist 3/9/2011

If you are looking for an audiologist I highly recommend Mackenzie Thomas. She is so very professional but at the same time she really cares for you. She made me feel comfortable and had a answer for all my questions and concerns. I genuinely felt cared about and not like I was just another patient. Very rarely do you find a person like this! Alamo ENT is extremely blessed to have her on their team. more

Thanks to Mrs. Thomas I can now hear my kids without asking them to repeat what they said. I had no idea my hearing was getting so bad. Mrs. Thomas was very thorough and explained every aspect of the process. From the hearing test results to how to care and use my new hearing aids. Thank you Mrs. Thomas, you gave me my hearing and life back. more

Tired of always having to ask people to repeat themselves?? 1/10/2008

I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Edwards and Mackenzie Thomas in particular. I know lots of people are in the dark when it somes to hearing aids, I know I was one of them. But it was time to seek help and I definitely lucked out when I found Mrs. Thomas. She explained everything to me in detail without making me feel inferior and had a great ""bed-side manner"". Hearing aides can be a costly investment and with the great service I got I feel like it was money well spent. I will return to her for any follow-up care and will be recommending her to anyone who needs such services. Pros: Mackenzie Thomas and Dr. Edwards more

Great Hearing Aid Care 1/10/2008

I purchased hearing aids from Mackenzie and I couldn't be more happy. I am back into life again and my family is much happier! The care that I have received at Alamo ENT has been wonderful, I can't recommend them highly enough! Pros: Best Hearing aid technology! Cons: There is construction on a nearby highway more

Mackenzie Thomas--Audiologist 1/10/2008

My father was very reluctant to have a hearing test but was scheduled an appointment with Mackenzie who was highly recommended by his doctor. Once he was there, she made him feel very comfortable. She was very professional and patient with all of his questions and concerns. She was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to accommodate his needs. I will recommend her to all of my friends and family. Pros: Excellent care!!! more
