I'm military and I took my bike here to get it ready for TX inspection long story short all I got was reason after reason of why my bike wasn't ready. They missed 4 time dead lin...

Terrible Store Policy, Bad Customer Service 12/4/2007

Here's an email I just felt compelled to write to Alamo Cycle Plex, after an especially frustrating purchase. It took me like 20 minutes to make a $20 purchase, because they are so afraid I'm going to defraud them with a bad credit card. Pros: good selection Cons: terrible policies and service more
