I give the highest 5 STAR rating to Troy at Alameda Tire & Muffler, where I've been having my 3 cars serviced and repaired for 10 years. Troy (owner/operator) is totally professional, honest and patient to explain what needs doing. When money has been tight, he has told me what can wait. I've been working on cars for 30 years and know a LOT about maintenance and repairs. I always leave a TO DO list when I leave my car and he has always completed the list, except for those things he said can wait. Their prices are great, and for Yokohama premium tires (Avid TRZ) much lower than Big O and other tire stores. The outside and front office decor are not impressive, but Troy and his wife Julie ARE impressive with their professionalism, integrity, courtesy and superb service. 5 STARS!
