Do I ever feel embarrassed by the drinker's behavior? Do I make excuses for the drinker or take on his/her responsibilities? Am I tired, nervous, or depressed? Am I angry or frustrated at times? Do I feel desperate/alone? If the answer to any of these questions is YES, Al-Anon/Alateen may be of confidential help to you.
