I have seen their work while traveling, used them to partner up on a huge house I was working on near Little Rock, and saw nothing but professionals doing their best. VERY SHADY BUISNESS FROM BOB! DO NOT RECOMMEND CARPET ONE IN N.L.R\r After seeing an ad in the newspaper for a great financing offer at carpet one i had to check it out! I went in for my 1st time there and spoke with a man named bob. I looked around for just a few minutes and then asked what would he recommend for me in the way of floors. We talked and i found a floor i liked, he quoted me and i agreed on the price! Later that week i called and talked to bob and asked him if he could make me a better deal, he offered to take .10 cents off! I agreed and said i would be in to purchase it! I went in purchased it and left! I got a call 2 days later saying that wasnt what he quoted me and that it would be almost $300 more! Ending result was he told me he would sell me the floors for the price he said he didn't quote but HE WOULD NOT give me the financing even though i was preapproved! He lied to try to et more money out of me, and treated me like i was an idiot! Note to u bob, remember what you quote people! Otherwise you give a bad reputation for that buisness! Cons: VERY SHADY BUISNESS! more
