I'M A Sushi-fan. last Friday on 27th,june, i had A sushi platter, I'd a bad sushi in this restaurant & I went home got sick for this. The service are really BAD, FISH IS NOT FRESH, THE SUSHI-CHEF DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH . NOT FRIENDLY, DON'T EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN! Best Sushi Ever !!! 2/12/2007

Having just moved to the area we were very delighted to find this excellent sushi restaurant. The freshness of the fish is incredible, the service very friendly, the Chefs are artists, and the athmosphere is cozy, warm and romantic. But it is also a restaurant you can take your kids to, as we always do. There is something on the menu for everybody - the sushi lover and the novice to sushi, who sometimes wants to stay away from raw fish.\r Go there and enjoy a lunch or an evening of great service, great artistry, but most of all great food. Last Saturday 28th june, My friends & I Go to this restaurant, I order A SUSHI DELUXE, I had A worst sushi ever; the FISH are not Fresh, Smelling bad & taste like sting. Don't Go to this restaurant AGAIN. Cons: Don't EVER GO THIS PLACE more

fresh fresh sushi!! 11/24/2006

It's so hard to find an excellent local sushi joint nowadays! Either the fish is not fresh or the service is terrible and usually good sushi restaurants are much too far. My friends and I were quite impressed with the cute and cozy restaurant, AJI SUSHI. Their fish is fantastically fresh and served beautifully. I honestly have never seen sushi made in such a way before. The food looked so good I didn't even want to eat it!! Also, the sushi chef and owner were so very nice to us. AJI is definitely my one of my favorite sushi restaurants in the area. If you have never seen and eaten true ""edible art,"" then I highly recommend this place. more

NOTHING LESS THAN GREATNESS 11/14/2006

i went to Aji two nights ago and had a blast! we ordered the sashimi and sushi boat for two, some rolls, sake and beer and all of it was incredible. the fish was very fresh, the tempura shrimp was crispy yet delicately tender, and the sauces on some of the sashimi was a totally new experience for me. PERFECT! we talked to the owners, who were very warm and inviting, and learned that they're only a few months old. a truth be told, this is a hidden gem to be found. more

Most tasty and creative presentation 11/14/2006

I love the unique rolls and the different varities of sushi dishes that aji has to offer. The sushi chef creates beautiful and tasty works of art with the way he presents the food. The fried cheesecake is also VERY amazing and is highly recommended for dessert lovers! Pros: easy parking, nice romantic ambience, warm and very inviting more
