Sick? Get Quick Service is a joke! 3/4/2012

The advertisement for quick service is a an advertising lie! Went in for an antibiotic for severe bronchitis and fever and was told there were 10 people in front of me with a minimum of 15 min per person. What if there were a real emergency? I shutter to think what would have happened had I been deathly ill. I sure felt it and was so annoyed to see so many front office people laughing - and obviously not enough staffed doctors to care for even 3 patients. Walk ins were not welcomed and they actually turned people away. Stay away from this place. more

Worst service ever at a doctor's office 6/21/2011

Yesterday I left work ealy because I was sick. I couldn't get an appointment that day at my family doctor, so I went to Airport Road Emergicenter. That was the worst decision of my life. First I waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. They finally called me and I waited over an hour in the examination room and no one ever came in.I called out the door to see if anyone could help me and no one answered.I went walking through the halls to find someone and found some nurses sitting at a desk and telling jokes . I asked where the docors were and they said there was only one on duty and there were five people ahead of me. So I left.I will never go back there again. more

PCPs be gone! 3/11/2010

My PCP (primary care physician) doesn't recognize emergencies. Whenever we call with an urgent request for care, they don't have appointments. I would love to get rid of my PCP. Airport Road EmergiCenter saved the day I was in by 7:35 am out by 8:00 am and at work before 9:00 am!! That's service with a smile! Pros: real doctors 4 real emergencies!! Cons: i didn't use them sooner more

Exceptional care 8/19/2007

I received prompt, friendly and empathetic care. This is not what I have come to expect from a medical facility. The doctor and support staff did not seem rushed and took time to answer my questions and fully explain my post visit instructions. I recommend the Airport Road Emergicenter to anyone needing medical care. Pros: Prompt attention, caring staff, spent time understanding my problem more
