Don't park here!\r \r Parked here recently and came back to find that the person parked beside me had sideswiped the hell out of my car and drove right out of the lot like nothing happened. A very nice lady who worked there came over and took some photos and reassured me it would be ok. Now not only did I have to track down the manager of this place for a while week to discuss this, but then he sent his secretary or something to deliver the BS to me. Apparently they have no insurance for this type of thing in any of their lots (oh yes they own ExpressPark too so don't park there either). That's just ridiculous considering how many cars use their lots! Ohh and they have no surveillance cameras anywhere on their lots either! Again ridiculous! So after a BS speech from someone there they are claiming zero liability for some D-Bag causing hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my car! No insurance, no surveillance.... Nothing..... It's a joke of a business.... Oh and the little scheme of taking pics to make you feel like it will be taken care of us a very sneaky little move. They just need you off their lot. The drivers are nice people and do a good job but the business itself is amateur. I'll take my business down the street in the future to the insured lots with cameras. more

This is the only PHL Airport parking service I am interested in using at this time. All positive reviews posted here previously are absolutely true. Pricing is competitive, service is flawless to all customers, timely, considerate and polite. They have satisfied my travel needs for years and surpassed many of my expectations. Please don't change anything. You cannot improve ""perfect"". more

SMART PARK AIRPORT PARKING THE BEST OF A TRUE AMERICAN BUSINESS 8/23/2008

I have been a steady customer of Smart Park for over 25 visits. The services are polite and courteous all the employees we've met so far from the booth monitor cashier to drivers all have those wonderful traits. Nothing is a problem to this organization. They represent in my opinion the ideal American Business. Pros: This is a "THUMBS UP" for sure. courteous and pleasant service,Effecient dependable and competitive among all the other Air port parking vendors Cons: They're vans are in top shape safety wise and clean. Next time they purchase others it would be great if they were a bit more spacious.However I haven't rated that a big negative. more

Best place to park while you travel 5/5/2008

This place is great. They promptly deliver you to and from the airport in a well kept van, while your car is safely parked in their secure lot. I have used them on many occasions since I travel frequently. I have never had a problem, nor have I ever had to wait long for a return trip back to the lot. I highly recommend this facility . Pros: Prompt, reliable service, courteous drivers Cons: none more

door to door service with a smile 4/30/2008

After using the service for the 1st time a few weeks ago I am definitely going to be a repeat customer. The quality of service was great from the time I called with questions until I came back to pick up my car. The price is great, they don't sacrifice service for lower cost. The bonus is that you are picked up at your car and dropped off there too, no waiting at a stand after lugging your bags, they handle your bags and you sit back and relax. Service With a Smile 9/8/2006

Smart Park is a breath of fresh air in a city that isn't always customer focused. My family and I recently used Smart Park and from beginning to end there was nothing but courteous and cheerful service, from the drivers to the check out gate. I am walking away a Raving Fan and plan on recommending their services to everyone I know that need to use airport parking. Not to mention that pricing is very affordable. Keep up the good work Smart Park, you are a service model for others to follow. Pros: Service, service, service Cons: Did not experience any on this trip more

Great off-Site Parking 9/15/2005

This is a great place to park if you need to fly from Philadelphia airport. You pull in and the van is there right next to your parking space. The driver takes your luggage from you car and puts it in the van for you. He drops you off at curbside check in and you are on your way. When you get back you just pick up the phone in the terminal and tell them where you are and they send the van. They drop you off at your car and load your luggage into the car for you. You pay on your way out. They are afforadable and offer discounts. They even give you candy with your receipts! They are right off 95 and a hop skip and a jump from the airport. The lot is secure and always staffed. Very courteous service. more
