5 star rating.\r I will only go to this hospital for my pet emergencies. I wish they did day practice. Unbelievable service. And my dogs like it here more

We had to take our dog in this weekend and we are so glad we chose this place. We are not a wealthy couple but we know emergencies happen and as responsible pet owners did what we needed to do. Dr. Johnson made us feel like we had known him for years. He gave us many options and was very straight forward. We were able to apply for care credit and our pet was on his way to feeling better. \r Normally we dont write reviews, but in looking for a place to go we came along this website and read a few. If you look closely you will notice most people are upset about spending money. Shame on then for even owning a pet out children for that matter. I can assure you this is the place to go for your pets needs. My dog doesn't like to go to our regular vet, but when we pulled in to the parking lot here he was so excited to get out of the truck I almost drove they the building. His stitches are out, our recheck visit was free and now we wish we could take our dogs there for all their needs. Thank yo more

The staff was very supportive and helpful when I brought my dog Yoshi in on the evening of Easter after she was attacked by another dog. They were quick to check her out while keeping us informed of her condition. Not only did they do a great job of taking care of Yoshi, but they also took amazing care of my family!! One thing that stood out to me was rather then just bringing one option out and telling us how much it was going to cost, they worked hard to give a procedure that would work with less cost to you along with the recommended procedure. We could really tell that they cared for us and our pet. I would send anyone there in a heartbeat! more

I took 1 out of 4 dogs we now have,our newest baby "maggie" to airport freeway animal emergency clinic in euless. i was a wreck,no sleep the prior night, & they took her, placed her onto a few medications though iv,she was badly dehydrated too.they had to do a scan due to something was blocking her somewhere near the colon & not moving,well that was on a saturday dr mcgee advised me of everything.then at 1 a.m. sunday i spoke to dr levasseur,she spoke to me on the debate to do a major surgery right now or wait on the iv fluid that was not helping her to improve too much.that dr. l. was on the phone w/me for approx 1 1/2 hours. i knew i had to make a decision & fast.i said,thank god,yes do it "now"..\r \r they did right away!they found the blockage & was able to save my baby!! i am going to tell you after dealing w/2 different 24 hour animal care clinics,this clinic & much more importantly is by far the top of the line care for your baby & for you!the employee's there "all of them" every more

My dog collapsed and could barely breathe. Being Friday after work I thought had no choice but to rush him to this hospital. Collette Levasseur was the vet on duty that evening. She wanted to take x-rays, do blood work, start an IV for fluids and antibiotics, give him some oxygen, etc to find out what was wrong. Levasseur came back and said it was probably pneumonia and my dog needed to stay overnight. I was required to give them a credit card right then with the lowest estimated charge being over $1,900.00! By the next night my dog was in severe respiratory distress and Levasseur would not continue treatment unless I agreed to more charges. She could not guarantee my dog would make it or how long it would take or how much it would cost in the end. Unlike Sullivan?s Mom, neither I nor my entire family has $12,000 to spend on vet bills! To make this long heartbreaking story short, my dog was older and I made the tough decision to end his suffering. Now my beloved dog is dead more

We had to use this clinic for our Beagles a few years back and while the staff was friendly and compassionate the bill nearly bankrupt us! If your pet can wait til morning it will save you a lot of money. more

I was extremely happy with my experience at Airport Freeway Animal Emergency Clinic. I took my dog into this clinic after I realized she had eaten a big bag of chocolate. They were so helpful and took care of her right away! She stayed the night with them so they could observe and monitor her. They had prepared a nice soft, comfy bed for her and were so nice to her so I felt completely safe leaving her for the night. more
