Honest and Professional Technicians/Free Estimates! 5/25/2016

I have used Air and Heat Hospital on two separate occasions. The first visit was from David for an estimate. I called 2 other places before him, and they were both $99 just for an estimate. David came out at no charge, gave me several different options/estimates, answered all of my questions, and even helped me adjust the dampers- all for free! Just today, Nick was out to fix what he thought was a burned out circuit board. When he got up there and started taking everything apart, he discovered the circuit board was actually fine, and it was a simple fix involving an over-heated wire. He could have replaced the circuit board for $425 plus labor, but instead, he was extremely honest and apologetic, and the fix cost $179, which includes labor. I applaud his honesty and professionalism. He could have totally screwed me out of almost $300! I won't call anyone else but Air and Heat Hospital again! more

Air & Heat Hospital serviced and repaired our heating and AC unit and everything about them I liked. They did a great job, they did the work they said they would do and did it quickly. I would use them again if needed. We haven't had any issues with the units since they have been out. more

Professional Company Quality Service 3/3/2016

Air & Heat Hospital replaced the entire air conditioning and heating unit. The results are great. The prices at Air & Heat Hospital were a bargain. David was professional, precise and explained everything - he did what he said he was going to do; doesn't over charge, tries to make the customer satisfied. I am pleased with the outcome. more

Highly Recommended 2/22/2016

This is the company that everyone wishes they can find but you usually cannot so you just go with the "Big Name" company. Had an entire A/C and heat and ductwork done, they were great!! They were cheaper than most places, more professional and more knowledgable. Any time I had a question before I had any work done, the owner was available and always willing to talk to me and explain. The guys that came out and did the work were all very nice, professional and got the job done very quickly. I cannot recommend this company more!! more

Thorough, fair, and professional. 1/25/2016

Air & Heat Hospital have installed the central heat and air units in two of my properties. Their technicians are excellent. They are thorough and able to explain all of their work. I have never had any issues with their workmanship. One of the units had major complications, but it was the fault of the manufacturer. Air & Heat reached out to the manufacturer and replaced the unit with a new one. Now both units are working without issue. I will continue to use them, and recommend their service to others. I did some comparative shopping and their prices are excellent. more

Very professional. 1/4/2016

Air & Heat Hospital come out twice a year to service our AC in the spring, and check the heating system in the fall. They make sure that everything is operational and that the units are working properly. They are thorough and always do a good job. In one instance we had to use them for a service call outside of the semi-annual checkups. We needed to have our 510 unit replaced, and that went very smoothly. Their team is professional and they work with their customers. Their prices are comparable, and probably cheaper than a lot of others. We will continue our service with them. more

A good job done fast and efficiently 12/23/2015

Air & Heat Hospital replaced an entire air conditioning system in the house, and did the work efficiently and fast. They showed up when they were supposed to and I haven't had any problems. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. I feel David knows what he's talking about. And, for him to come out and bid the job was pretty cool. I feel like I got a good deal on the work and would tell others not to hesitate in calling him. more

A+ consultation, install, & 5 months of use 8/16/2015

Dave spelled out everything in detail, answered ALL my questions and even educated me on the sales gimmicks heard on the radio and what other companies push to generate $$. He was a straight shooter. Got the work done as promised at the price promised. Workers were clean, efficient, and professional. Left the work site not being able to tell they were there. Good price on top of that without all the hoops to jump through. This was 5 months ago. I waited to write the review til I saw how the equipment worked over a period of time in the Texas summer. No issues, and my electric bill is lower than last year's and I run it 24/7 compared to last year at this time I was raising the thermostat to 86 when going to work and the bill was still higher then than now. Went from a 10 SEER to a 16 SEER 3.5 ton single stage Trane for 1557 sq ft. home. Very pleased with the process beginning to end. You won't be disappointed with your decision to use this company. more

I have already recommended Air & Heat Hospital multiple times. They are prompt, they have no hidden costs, and all the times I used them they were in and out, very clean, and backed up what they put in. I had two old A/C units and I called them to replace them. They did such a good job that when my third unit went out I called them again. I trusted them and didn't need to go anywhere else, their services and prices are the best, and I did a lot of research! Their customer service is top-notch, if I ever had any issues they came out the next day to resolve it. more

Having trouble with AC Unit Cooling 7/30/2015

David (Field Tech) came to check out problem, found defective coil in inside unit leaking freon. Provide quote to do work, very reasonable. Installers came looked at what needed to be done, layed down tarps to protect floor and began installation. Only two men did demo and installation, they did a excellant job, old system was removed new system installed and running the same day. Would recommend to anyone needing this type of work. more

Time has passed & STILL couldn't be happier 6/25/2015

Got about 7 bids for replacing my 25 y/o system and all ductwork for my 45 y/o house in the fall of 2014. David made great product recommendations and put together a very good solution for my home. He also conveyed his thoughts and services very succinctly. His bid was the best and I went with him. His crew spent two full, long days replacing everything (including all the ductwork) and did a great job. Everything was as clean or cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I had one issue during the winter with the exterior unit (heat pump) that was addressed and fixed same day. Other than that the system has worked flawlessly. In addition I saved over 50% on my usage and bills this past winter and am continuing to save 15-30% with the AC running. But more importantly my entire house is comfortable for the first time in the 6 years I have lived here. I can't recommend David and his installation team enough. I actually have a few friends with their own AC businesses and went with Air & Heat Hospital over my friends' bids. In hindsight, I probably saved a few friendships by doing so! more

This is the real deal- easy to work with and quick! 4/27/2015

Got a couple of other bids and David came in lower not by bunch but enough- on top of that, very clear about what we needed and what we were buying. Not only that but when I mentioned I was headed out of town two days later he juggled the schedule and was able to install the next day- the crew was courteous to my wife and installed quickly and cleanly- the whole experience was as much a pleasure as getting a new system can be. David has a lot of energy and is thorough and polite. more

Great! 2/11/2015

I got to meet with David from Air & Heat Hospital, and he just laid out all the information for me. There was no type of pressure, even face to face, and we came to an agreement. That was excellent because great customer service is like finding a dinosaur these days! Since I've been doing business with them, they have continued the maintenance for spring and fall, and they are always on it, and always on time. They are all for suggestions to keep the system running in good condition, and their customer service is just great! more
