Positive and perfect experience. 4/16/2015

Overall I'd say that I had a positive and perfect experience with Air Current. They were referred to me by a colleague when I needed a new air conditioning unit. I priced it out across a couple of different companies, and they came in the cheapest with the best quality product. They installed it quickly, were very responsive, and even helped with credits for our electrical. I'd highly recommend them! more

Fantastic experience and Jim is an awesome installer! 4/10/2015

First off, when I had an estimate from Air Current, I liked that the person was also the installer. I was able to ask him how much experience he had, and I felt good that he had a significant amount of experience to install my unit. I knew he wasn't just a fly by night person; he said to confirm with the Better Business Bureau, so I did. The prices were also really good and went by the book. I received the information from the installer to call about prices. Another person wanted to charge me about seven thousand dollars for a 350 sq ft. Jim was honest and experienced and that's why I picked Air Current. The work turned out beautifully. It took the exact amount of time he promised. He arrived on time. I liked that he had a helper with him and wasn't overwhelmed with the installation. You can have the best unit, but If you don't have a good installer, how much are you really getting from your AC unit? That's something to think about. more

It was okay, but I don't want to use them again. 1/7/2015

My experience with Air Current Inc was okay when they put a new heat pump. However the work was not thorough enough. They had wires hanging that should've been wrapped up, and some of the things didn't fit right in the pump. They even drilled the machine into the brick wrong. I spoke to the supervisor but that didn't resolve any of the issues we had during this process. I would not recommend Air Current Inc and I will never use them again. more

From sale to installation to instruction of how to operate our new unit, Air Current was excellent! The two young men, James and Jack, who installed our new air conditioner and heat unit were exceptional, hardworking, and very polite young men. We think they did an awesome job! more

Air Current Inc. provides fantastic customer service. I got an air conditioning unit from them, and everything turned out very well. There was an issue with getting my payment to them, but Leslie was amazing and everything worked out. They seem to very customer oriented, and I appreciated that a lot. I would highly recommend their service. more

Hard-working and conscientious 10/10/2014

They came well-prepared, they were very professional, and they got right down to work. And they were just very hard-working. They cleaned 2 air conditioners for us. Our house is 3 stories, so there were a lot of stairs they had to climb. They had to rip out the whole system in our house and put in a brand new one, so everything was torn out. But they put down stuff to protect my floors and they cleaned everything up when they were done. The house was up and running perfectly when they left. more

Everything went great! 10/9/2014

Air Current replaced two A/C units and from the first day they did the quote, everything was fine. They were very professional with sending out their tech to do the quote. One concern I had was getting and replacing the old lines in the upstairs unit and it was a challenge for them but everything went great! They explained everything to me pretty well as well as giving me options for the model and helped me with financing. more

This was my first time using Air Current Inc. I am new to the area, so I hadn't heard of them or used them before. I ended up being very happy with their services. They are a family operated business. They are all very professional, customer oriented and nice people to deal with. They came in and evaluated some problems. They told me my choices. Leslie scheduled an appointment around my time, and they installed the units a few days later. They did what they said they would and when they said they would. I would recommend them. more
