I was charged $700 for a regular boundary survey in 2004! Overpriced! My property is a square lot - about .2 acre. I called last week to obtain more detailed/accurate information that was missing in the 2004 survey. Owner has zero listening skills and rather talk about how he ""built half of Raleigh"" and that Mayor Meeker knows him. Don't waste your time or money. more

Best, Reliable service, locally owned firm 10/5/2010

This firm does good work for a fair price and I haven't had any problems with them. If you are looking for a local firm to do good work for you, then this is it. They are easy to talk to and I haven't had any issues with customer service as in the previous review. In fact, I checked their Better Business rating and it's an ""A"". more

Do yourself a favor and call someone else 8/1/2007

This review is about telephone etiquette and customer service. The secratary doesn't identify herself or the business when she answers the phone. i felt like I had called the lunchroom payphone at Broughton. The man who took my call very snidely asked me ""WHO is this?"" and proceeded to make a smart aleck comment to every one of my initial attempts to establish my identity to him and to tell him why I was calling. more
