Excellent service, that's why I have called Affordable Moving Systems twice. The first time I called them I did not know the company and was skeptical, but they did an excellent job! They did all the work and were very quick. I was concerned it would cost a lot because they charge by the hour but it was so fast I even ended up owing less. Then, when I moved from Ft. Myers to Miami I had the same exact excellent experience despite being nervous about a long distance move. Customer service was quick and the price was right. I was worried I wouldn't be able to afford them but it worked out great! I would definitely use them again but hopefully I don't have to move again! more

I was moving from FL to OK. My elder brother, who had an excellent experience with Affordable moving systems, recommended me their name. I had some delicate crystal show pieces, expensive and bigger sized decoration items. It was a nice experience to trust the advice and depends on the movers. Affordable Moving Systems moved my belongings to my new home. They were supposed to take my furniture and 311 boxes I packed from my old house to a storage locker and then move them to my new house two weeks later. As it turned out, our boxes were packed around to four locations before they arrived at my new home. Although I labeled which boxes contained fragile items and reminded them as they loaded the moving truck, many of those boxes were unloaded on the bottom of the stack when they arrived. Some of my china and crystal is broken as a result of repeatedly moving the boxes and failing to take notice of my careful labeling. In addition, a drawer is broken on my new desk and the buffet the crew packed was returned scratched and chipped. I haven't been able to locate all my boxes in the two weeks since they moved us in. When I pay over $2600 for a moving company, I expect to have perfect service and no breakage. I would recommend them in a heartbeat had they done what they said they would do, but they moved my belongings much more frequently than I would have liked and I was very disappointed. If you hire them, make sure they will do what they say they will do. more

The folks at Affordable Moving Systems were very accommodating and willing to work with us with regard to time and our needs. They were very flexible, too. The guys who came out were very caring and careful with the furniture. They made sure that we were satisfied. We've had three moves and they were all with them. They were so good that I decided to recommend them. Movers came on time at the day of the move, they wrapped and boxed everything perfectly and moved all my belongings in one piece and without a scratch at the destination. I have no doubts in my mind that Affordable moving systems is one of the finest moving companies ever. Their sales rep Steve did everything possible for my move and the movers also worked their heart out. At no point they seemed to having any problems. Though there were many heavy lifting involved and the movers had to use the stairways but still they manage to avoid any damage or did now fail to complete the task within the schedule. Their service was awesome and price was more than reasonable. What else I could have looked for. more
