This company is horrible. Not only horrible unprofessional. My car was towed even though it was NOT suppose to be. Driver 151 (since he didn't want to disclose his name) brought my car back & messed up the front end of my car. When I called to make a report the lady that I was passed to gave me attitude like I had done something wrong. I have never actually taken the time to write a review but, after being treated that way. I didn't know what else to do. more

I had just moved in to my apartment at Linkhorn Bay, finished late unpacking my car, and fell asleep. The next morning, with my parking decal in hand, I walked out to my car...only to find that it was towed. WTF? They don't care that you actually live there, they charge you the same $130. Hire ANYONE but these Nazis to tow your car. Their facilities were disgusting, and I would like to echo the stench of feces and alcohol that permeated throughout their building and around their employees. I can't wait to find what's missing in my car...no worries, I can probably buy it all back on eBay.? more

We had our car towed yesteday as the parking pass had fallen on the floor. It was visible but it was on the floor. I went to pick up my car and was actually called an A$$hole by the guy collecting my $125.00. I cannot believe how I was treated. Our car is a Min Cooper and has been parked here every night for tha last several months. It was no mistake - these guys are total crooks! Linkhorn Bay apartments was of no help either. Pros: Zero! I moved into my apartment last night at 7pm. The main office was closed and my roommate wasn't around to give me by sticker or a guest pass. I wake up to go to work this morning only to find out that my car had been towed by these people. They are the most unprofessional, rude, unintelligent scamming people/business I have ever dealt with. You can call and talk to them, explain your situation. The only thing that will be screamed at you is ""Ok, that will be $125"". I think it is crazy that these people have free reign to come into your apartment complex at night with a flash light scanning vehicles to steal. I honestly wish someone would take these guys out of business. I understand I need a sticker or a guest past, however the way they do business is just shady. My car wasn't even there for 12 hours. If your thinking about using this company, I would highly suggest you go to another company so that you don't have to deal with these people, they don't deserve your business or any business for that matter. this company loves to sneak into my apartment complex at night they are so desperate for money I see them parking their tow trunk and walking around the apartment parking lot with flashlights looking into vehicles checking for passes and dates I assume. If they had any kind of education you know they wouldn't be doing this at early morning hours when people are asleep, they are real cowards, why not do it in daylight?lol they must have been real desperate for money last night, they stole my car out of the visitor parking and argued my car wasn't parked in visitor parking at my apartment complex.I am in the military, have military stickers and decals on my car, I guess that was their way of supporting the troops! I am a victim...haha I label myslef a victim since they towed my vehicle from a lot where the signs were confusing and vague. When presented with my evidence and an opinion from the board they flat out refused to concede that they are in the wrong....they tow specifically from 456 Granby St and the signage is conflicting in direct violation of Norfolk City code 25-300 Cons: WONT CALL YOU BACk/FAIL TO FOLLOW LAWS more

Just Horrible! The truck was waiting for me to park while I went into my daughters appartment to pick up my granddaughter. Withing seconds the neighbors were beating on the door to let us know. The truck had been waiting on the street and as soon as I got out he pulled up and started to load up my car. My purse and everything was in the car. I called immediately and they refused to bring it back. I got there shortly after he did and the gate was open when I got there. I went inside to check on my belongings and he locked me in the compound. I had to get the police to get out. I was still charged the money and am planning on taking it to court and filing a suit. I am also taking it to the Norfolk City Council, this should be banned! I was not in my daughters appartment for more than 2 minutes and was on my way out to put the sticker in the car. Pros: Absoulutely none! Cons: They stole my car and locked me in the compound until the police arrived. more
