Do not use 11/18/2010

Do not use them unless you want to lose money. I used them on my fridge and they did not do any kind of diagnostic check. All he did was assume he knew the problem. It worked for a week and then the same problem, then he says he can not fix it but never refunded my money for the non fix. more
