Just wanted to say a big ?Thank You? for the catering you did for Kristi and Brian?s wedding reception last weekend! Everything was so very nice and we do appreciate all your suggestions and help in making the reception so enjoyable for everyone. We have gotten so many comments on how well organized everything was. Tom and the rest of the wait staff did a wonderful job making sure our guests were taken care of - water glasses were full, tables were cleared when finished eating, and generally, just making sure attention was taken to even the smallest details. Our guests commented on how they liked the appetizers while waiting for the bride and groom, and having the salad at each place setting so they felt like they weren?t just sitting around waiting for their turn in the buffet line. Everything just kept moving! And the food ? it was delicious! The buffet table was so very nice, and I know everyone got plenty to eat. Also, the cakes were wonderful. All three flavors Again, thank you and all of the catering team for all of your excellent work and helping to make this a great experience. more

Well you did it. You knocked the socks off of every guest and exceeded all our expectations. The food was spectacular and even better was that EVERYONE loved it and we got to share in that happiness. I could cry thingking about how special you allowed our guests to fell and I want you to know that we can never thank you enough. Greg, I told my photographer that I wanted to get a picture with you but unfortunately we missed the opportunity. Please know that I was so extremely happy with the way things turned out that you will be receiving a large bear hug the first chance we get to your Sunday brunch (which will be soon after the honeymoon!) Julie and Dee-Dee, you were spectacular and made the process so easy. You all totally GOT US and made our night so perfect. Thank you for all your hard work! P.S. My favorite (in an ocean of favorites) was the beef, sooooooo tender! Kevin LOVED the crab cakes. more

The wedding is over now but I just wanted to say thank you for being such a pleasure to work with. Even with quite a few no shows we still only had a little bit of food left over at the end of the night. I think that's a nod to how good everything was! The serving staff was great as well. I was concerned that we may have a ton of cake to take home, but there were only 6 cupcakes left by the end. (I think quite a few guests had more than one). My parents and I promptly ate the rest of those the next day and I am savoring the last of my yummy wedding cake. My dad told me that he got so many compliments on the food and I even caught a boy I used to baby sit going back up for thirds! I actually went back to my parents house the other night and we had an awesome dinner with the leftovers that we did have. I LOVE those mashed potatoes. Seriously, I could make a meal of just them. I also wanted to say thanks for the bottle of wine. That was sweet and we plan on opening that up here soon. I wish you continued success in the future. I'll definitely recommend your catering to other brides I come across (or just anyone in need of some yummy catered meals!) Thanks again! more

I just wanted to let you know that Saturday was PERFECT and in great part because of you guys. My cake was perfect, so let your baker know! It was exactly what we wanted! And the staff was so friendly and amazing!! And the food!!! Simply perfect and we had many many compliments!!!! Thank you guys for everything!
