If I could rate less than 0 stars I would. They broke a pipe when remodeling our 2nd floor bathroom causing flooding all the way to the cellar. It took them months to finish the job.They didn't clean up after them selves leaving trash everywhere. The hole in the wall where they had to reach the pipe that they broke is still there. Never never never go to these people. They sell a good story but don't believe them. more

Incompetent Company 12/3/2014

So many mistakes made when remodeling our bathroom that I cannot list them all! Total lack of completing the project on time! Our bathroom remodeling project started on July 7,2014 and finished on November 15, 2014. We were told that the finish date was to be August 28,2014. The owner, Mr. O'Connor, lacks any concern for getting things done right or on time. We begged Mr. O'Connor to let us out of our contract and he refused all of our requests. This company lacks totally in quality craftsmanship, professionalism and customer relations! Do Not Use This Company! Don't be fooled into thinking otherwise! I only wish that I had read a review beforehand and saved my family 4.5 months of complete misery. more

Left High and DRY 1/17/2013

Was told I would have my bathroom back in working order and to my specifications. 2 MONTHS went by, NO SHOWER! Things were not ordered in a timely fashion, proper permits were not taken out, Mirror and vanity not lined up! Eventually a PORTAPOTTY was delivered. Very unprofessional contractors looking as though they had just woke up after a long night of partying. Too many other issues to mention.... DO NOT USE!!!! SEARCH!!!! Don't take the CHEAP way out, this is your home....Had to choose 1 star....didn't want to more
