Developmental stresses, work, family and relationships demand constant care, adjustment and recognition. I see my job as providing a dialogue within a safe arena to dismantle conflicts, to retrieve core values, to identify needs and goals, to think creatively, and to understand the roadblocks.
Change is complex, frustrating and rewarding. We can't change something we can't see clearly. I see myself as an active participant in helping people to identify daily pressures they bear, both from within themselves and from their environment.
My practice focuses on working with teenagers, adults, and couples, using a dynamic model of human experience. I use tools from various techniques to meet problems head on.
