Aerotech suckered us into getting a contract with them for service. We had trouble with them. They did not call ahead to let us know when they would arrive. So we were suprised to see them on a day outside of the contracted timeframe. It was on a day when we were to have company over. We asked to reschedule, but they said that we would have to call ahead to do that. Hypocrites! Now we are stuck with a $35 service charge. To get out of the contract we'd have to pay $25. Have used them for some time, but will never do business with them again after this contract is up.? Suppose they have so much business that they don't need ours. Cons: Hypocrites - cons more

Spectacular Service 11/3/2008

I hired Aerotech to clean my gutters and the experience was wonderful from beginning to end. From the first call i made the sales lady was very friendly and assisted me so i could arrange a meeting with an estimator. When the workers arrived to clean my gutters the employees were very nice and did an impeckable job cleaning my gutters. I was very satisfied with the service they provided, they were honest and clean up after themselves!! Pros: Wonderful Custmer Service more

Great Gutter Replacement 10/17/2008

Aerotech replaced the gutters on the back of my house that were in bad shape. They did an excellent job, it did not take them very long either. The product they replaced them with was secured to the house well and blended in very well with the remaining gutter. I was very content with the job they did. more

Aerotech was prompt in getting an estimate to me and did an exceptional job cleaning. I would recomend them to anyone looking for a reliable, prompt gutter cleaning. Pros: Great staff doing a great job more

Great Service!!! 10/3/2008

Aerotech did an excellent job cleaning the gutters on our home. Not only did they clean them well but they left us an estimate to replace our gutters as they are getting old and we will need new ones. We really appreciate the initiative they took. I would recomend them to anyone looking for gutter cleaning in the area! Pros: Did not have to be home for them to clean, they are insured! more
