The technician (Mike M) that performed my annual service could not have been more professional. Called me about an hour before arrival, so i wasn't guessing when he would show. Explained everything he was doing, gave me some great recommendations on how to save a little on energy cost as well. The service was a great deal faster than I thought it would be freeing up the remainder of my day. When Mike M was done, I could not even tell he was there, work area was cleaner than when he started.
