Mike is a great technician! Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He is always here on-time, and goes to work quickly. He is not intrusive, and gets done what he needs to do, without bothering us or anyone else who may be present. Great guy! more

Early Sunday Morning Furnace Service 1/22/2023

Mike responded to my call at 6:30 AM and was at my home in 10 minutes. He carefully checked everything and found the problem - a burnt out transformer. He had the replacement part in his truck and replaced the failed transformer. Heat was available immediately - Great job Mike!!! more

service call 4/20/2022

Aero technician Mike did an excellent job tuning up my furnace. He replaced a motor that was about to fail, cleaned the furnace, fan and adjusted the burner air and draft. An excellent job by an an excellent technician. He also took the time to explain what he was doing, the condition of the furnace etc. Much appreciated his technical ability and quality of workmanship, Look forward to seeing him next year for the annual checkup. Good insurance, well worth the money,,,,,, many thanks to Mike and Aero. more

Outstanding service 2/12/2022

We moved to Pa this past year. Came from a southern state with no experience with heat pumps. AE and Mike have given us same day technical service and patience customer service. Thank you more

Mike Technician 10/29/2021

Mike is very personable. He has performed our annual furnace tune-up several times. We have never had an issue/missed issue in the following year, or any time since we have live here in the past six (6) years. You can send him every time to perform our annual tune-ups on our furnace and our air conditioner. Also, I'm glad to see that you are sending a "person in training", such as Lem. My furnace suddenly stopped working. pretty soon after my call the technician arrived and after working for a while and to learn what the problem was the furnace was working well. the problem was the air in the system. I am well pleased. Xenia Grabbe more
