Advenir At Stonelake

Horrible place. I pay my rent on time every month never late. Anyway, I payed on the 30th of August for September and I know it went through cuz they sure enough took the money out. Anyway, I come home from work on the 5th to be told by guests that were staying with me that I was evicted so I take the letter that was left on my door to find that yes it was a note saying I had 3 days to pay or move. I went to the office and they act all non-chelant like oh well we didn't process the online stuff so just ignore it. I should ignore their error which was extremely embarassing...they didn't apologize and they had no remorse whatsoever. This is not the first time either all they give a damn about is money, money, money. They don't even take care of the trees that grow into the pathway so you can't comfortably walk on the sidewalk. Nor do they clean the pond which is disgusting. The appliances are so old they were outdated in the '80's and I agree with the woman down there who called it hell...it sure is! more

Don't be fooled by the ""no deposit"" or ""free rent""...hell is easy to fall into and hard to get out. The apartments are moldy and will cause health issues, and the management is very rude and disrespectful. It's not worth it to live here. At first, we thought it was a blessing to live in such a (what we thought was) a beautiful place, but it's very trashy and disgusting. All they want is your money, and they could care less about your health and well being. They really hate pets and our dogs ended up getting sick because of their lack of lawn maintenance. And we're not the only ones. Duck droppings, roaches, ants, and large spiders are a FEW of the issues they have. We are DEFINITELY leaving this place ASAP, and we want people to be aware of the disgusting conditions and rude staff here at this apartment complex. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE! more
