We booked our wedding transportation with Advanced Limo The cars looked great, they dressed up the cars very nicely, the Rolls Royce, red carpet service and our driver was awesome! People at the office were always ready to help us with all the crazy changes we made all the way up to the day of the wedding. And the next day they even gave us a complimentary trip to the airport for our honeymoon trip. Loved it, and totally recommend their service! more

We have used Advanced Limousine for anything from weddings, bachelorette parties to rides to the airport. They are always punctual, friendly and the best price in town! Our drivers have dealt with some pretty hairy traffic situations and always rise to the top. I wouldn't use any other limousine company. more

After reading the previous reviews of this company i must say i was shocked! I have used this company numerous times over the years and have yet to be disappointed by them. Most recently my fiancee booked a stretch limousine for valentines day. The car not only arrived early but the driver was well dressed, respectful, and was doing everything to make sure our evening in center city went smoothly and was a night to remember. When entering the limo i must say we were both impressed at how clean and beautiful the inside was! The car was fully prepared with champagne, glasses, everything that would make for a romantic ride! Knowing that our reservation was at 830, the driver took the appropriate route and knew exactly where he was going, we arrived early to our restaurant and were able to enjoy a wonderful dinner. Once we were finished we called our driver, whose name was John, and less than 5 minutes later by the time we got our coats our stretch was already waiting for us outside ready to go. The rest of the evening went just as smoothly. This was not my first experience using this company for personal occasions although in the past i have primarily used them for business transportation to and from the airport which i must say contrary to the reviews below i have found that they were very professional in making sure i was on time for my flights and picked up promptly from my return flights. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this company to anyone i know for all occasions. This company in my opinion provides good quality service because unlike other companies i've used, these people are very attentive to detail and take good care of their customers!! After reading some of the other reviews, I felt compelled to write my own. I have no idea what these people are talking about! All I can say is ?thank you very much for making my wedding day all that I had hoped for.? Dave, our chauffeur, was especially helpful. He made sure the limousine arrived a few minutes early to put my mind at rest. He helped me with my gown and was there to help me into the limousine after the ceremony in Newtown. The Cadillac Limousine was absolutely gorgeous. The red carpet was a nice touch! I will definitely recommend this company to my girlfriends if they need a limousine for their wedding day. Initiallly, I was happy with the service. Showed up on time, correct car, etc. The honeymoon was over, so to speak, when I received my credit card bill this month. When I originally booked the car from Advanced Limousine they told me that my husband and I would receive a ""complementary ride to the airport"" for our honeymoon if we booked with them! Sounded great! So we booked, and they called to confirm the flight time for the honeymoon and asked if we'd like to pay for a ride BACK (ride there being ""complementary"" according to phone conversation AND contract). We declined paying for a ride back and said we were excited about a free ride to the airport. A month later I get a $63 charge on my credit card. I call to ask why I was billed for the ""complementary"" ride and they said because we didn't book a ride BACK, we had to pay half of the price to the airport. WHAAAAAAAT????? SO wrong.....it was a bait and switch situation that was never disclosed to us upon booking. SO SHADY. Made me very upset, and the manager made no attempt to apologize or re mediate the situation. Please do NOT USE this company. I booked a limo for my wedding through this company 6 months in advance! I booked Advanced Limousine Services - 538 Durham Road, Newtown, PA 18940 - 215.504.0800 for my wedding. Long story short I confirmed several times (email, calls, I even called the day of) to confirm that the limo was to pick us up at 4:00 in a 2008 White Escalade. The limo showed up and was an hour and a half late and the wrong limo. Ruined a 30,000 wedding (cocktail hour cut in half, food cooled ceremony rushed ). I called the owner to discuss a refund his response ""I don?t like you; no refund"" "" you wont get a thing"" he then hung up on me. My mom called him back he said ""at least we picked you up"" I have the contract that clearly states 4:00PM pickup in the 2008 White Escalade. The manager was rude and unaccommodating. He was contacted several times and was rude and un professional. We were looking for an apologize and a partial refund. He said we were lucky we showed up. more

Used many times before but last three times have been progressively worse leading up to yesterdays disasster. Arrived in Phia AP at 5:25 on way to Warrington. Had car booked, showed up at baggage and no driver. Called, said he was parking but in in a minute, waited 5 minutes no driver. Called again, said parking was just outside, waited another 10 minutes, no driver. Called a third time, admittedly angry, finally told me he was dropping a customer offer and would be around. Waited another ten minutes for my prearranged $120 car service. \r This gets worse, new driver, suggest he takes blue route but he says there is too much traffic, takes 95 informs me there is a jam and will take ""shortcut"" gets lost for 45 minutes in Kensington Phila on the way to Warrington PA. Total trip time 2 hours.\r I strongly suggest you do not use these guys. In all my calls, including this AM, they never apoligized once for the incovenience. When I told them about my 45 my diversion to Kensington, they laughed. I asked for the owner to call me but he refused. This company is not the least interested in providing quality service, nor do they care when they don't deliver. Do yourself a favor and use another company. Cons: Not reliable, late, take routes they dont know and dont care more
