Amazing!!! I would not put my health in anyone else's hands! I have late stage chronic Lyme disease. I have had some really awful struggles and Mark has pulled me through. I am still in treatment but I know compared to other Lyme patients Mark is key to my battle and is making me stronger and helping me tolerate my treatments. So I am some who recently just deals with a lot sinus congestion, which leads to a head ache, which leads to ear pain, which always lead to me to lay down for hours at a from exhaustion. I am not one who just loads up on medication and Dr.Marc just encouraged me to simply try using holistic medicine just once. After having acupuncture I have tossed the congestion medicine, nasal sprays, tylenol, and BC powder. I do this once or twice a week and I feel AMAZING!!!!!!! The staff is great! The location in so close to everything. I am not just another number at a doctors office who's just going to load me up on meds anyway and send me out the door. You would be crazy if you didn't go!!! more

When I attended Marc Cutler's seminar at the public library on digestive health, I was at a place where I knew I needed change. The overall poor health I experienced, as well as the burning pains in my stomach and throughout my digestive track, were like warning signs going off in me. I was especially concerned that my prescribed acid reducer, Aciphex, was not taking care of the problem. After a few months of accupuncture treatment I was off the medication and feeling much better. Now, six months later, with continued treatment, the anxiety I was experiencing in my day to day life has been greatly reduced. Since moving to Raleigh, Advanced Healthcare Solutions (AHS) is the third and certainly the best acupuncture business I have found. Great care is given to create a care plan, work within a budget, and provide outstanding service to patients. I have been going to this office for 3 months now and yes I did agree to a 1 year contract to better my life. You can not put a dollar amount on the quality of your health if you truly want to get better. They put together a strategy and explained how this worked. As far as the payments they explained the payments and even offered a discount with paying off early. I dont know of any other Dr.'s office that even offers that. I began with Marc Cutler at AHC in 2004, presenting with multiple physical problems and anxiety disorder. Marc has given me excellent care both with accupuncure, herbal medicine and massage therapy. My physical issues that I presented with are all under control and my anxiety is the lowest it has ever been. I even broke both arms in a fall three years ago and never once took the first pain pill. I recently had a terrible allergic reaction to Advil. I followed physician orders, but knew that Marc would be the positive force of clearing my body of the reaction. That was the case as always. Chris as the front desk is responsive to my messages left on the machine and wonderful at getting me in at a moment's notice. This is one of the most beautiful offices I have visited in awhile. It doesn't have the feel of a ""doctors"" office at all, its more spa-like. Everyone is friendly and they really seem to work like a team. Now that I have been going to see Marc and the staff for a few months, I feel like part of the family. I have a lot of serious health concerns, and they have somehow, and thankfully, addressed them all! I feel 100% better! I really think everyone should get acupuncture. My husband would like to start coming now because he sees how relaxed and stress-free I am now that I've gotten healthier. I definitely recommend them! Trying to make an appointment here is unbelievable! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and terrible manners! I don't understand, I just want help with my health problems and instead I'm given attitude by a person named Chris. When I called back with questions, I just received the run around. My wife went to this practice and was subjected to a very high pressure sales pitch. She has fibromyalgia and was very disturbed by the means they were pressuring her to sign up and pre pay for a whole year. She suffers from pain and fatigue and just wanted a solution to her problems. Every question about insurance was shrugged off and not answered completely. When she called back to ask about the discount on BCBS they gave a long explanation of how the fees were already discounted, but no real answer. She had to sit through two different 'educational' pieces to explain why it was going take so long to help her. The 'education' was only a badly written sales pitch awkwardly done on a power point. She was embarrassed for them after having to sit through it. The few actual treatments she received were rushed. Needless to say, after being told she could pay for a year in advance with no assurance of help, for a insignificant discount, she left to go seek real help. I cannot say enough about Advanced Healthcare Solutions. I have been a patient of Marc's for several years now. I went to Marc for overall general health and also with fertility issues. My overall health has improved tremendously and I have been able to get pregnant twice since receiving acupuncture. One of my favorite things about the office is that I can also get massages there. It's an amazing atmosphere and I always feel like Marc knows exactly what is going on with me and how to treat any issues I have on any given day. Overall I was unhappy with Advanced Healthcare. With just two acupuncturist (one trainee) the facility was overworked. While experienced I felt misled into thinking he was more experienced with my particular issue than he actually is. I felt pressured to have more sessions than I could afford. While the DOM was responsive to my concerns he was not consistent. At each session I was asked the same questions that had been asked of me before, which led me to believe they were too preoccupied to remember my case. When I would question his advice I felt condescended and that my point of view was irrelevant. The products on sale were overpriced and I felt pressured to purchase them. On the whole I feel the staff have good intentions but not the means to provide a quality service that fits the needs of the customer.
