The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Failure to pick up trash - when I called to ask why, they said it was because of past due bill - when I gave them date and check number and their date of deposit, they said I would have to mail iproof t in before they would resume trash service. Never did they give me a reminder that they did not receive check and service would be suspended (and the day they did not pick up was Christmas Eve). Even after I cancelled service with them, I continue to receive calls about past due amount! Terrible, terrible customer service!! more

THE worst! 12/28/2011

I wish I could give them zero stars! Several times over the past few months, they just fail to pick up the trash. I call, and then they have 24 hours to pick up. They usually do during that time, but who wants a trash company that misses the pick-up day half the time? When I call to complain, they act as if it's perfectly normal to diss customers like this. Which, for them, it may be. Hopefully it won't be for the new company I hired today when I fired this loser company. DO NOT contract with them. more

BAD BUSINESS/left full dumpster 6weeks, we had another company empty it,BNB finally picked it up & billed us for 9 mos RIP OFF 9/17/2008

These jokers show when they please,wont return phone calls,have no one person in charge,we ordered a small unit for our business.First week no-show.........2nd same ... 3rd...we had to open up for them @ 6:15 p.m. = we close @ 5:00 P.M. IT WAS 6 WEEKS BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP AGAIN..........AND BILLED US FOR 9 WEEKS SERVICE ,WE DONT THINK ANYONE SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY,THEY SEEM GOOD @ THE 9 WEEK PROGRAM, WHERE THEY SHOW AFTER HOURS & 1 TIME OUT OF 9........ Never picked up...no excuses, just never picked up. Wanted to bill me for the can anyways. 2/28/2007

Set up service with B&B on a Thursday for the following WEDNESDAY. I arranged for a bulk pick-up for that day. The can arrived promptly on Tuesday so we set out our trash Tuesday night before bed. Wednesday afternoon I called around 2 to find out when they'd be picking up as our HOA has very strict guidelines about things at the curb. I was advised I was actually on a FRIDAY pickup...but had been told a Wednesday. She verified the bulk-pick-up was in fact supposed to be on WEDNESDAY but future pickups would be on Fridays. She advised the driver would get it before 5pm but that he didn't speak English and she could not converse with him regarding the delay. Cons: they just don't pick up. more

Worst! 9/18/2006

We will never do business with them. They don't pick up the trash in time. Have missed many times to pick up the trash. more
