Relief for the pain with acupuncture! 7/29/2010

I have been a runner for the past 18 years. Suddenly I developed foot problem a few months ago. My left foot hurt and I couldn't walk easily. I was very unhappy that I could not run. Advanced Chiropractic Center told me that they might be able to alleviate the pain with acupuncture. I received three treatments and the pain went away. I had also massage therapy. I am thinking about resuming running. Since then I have been recommending Advanced Chiropractic Center to all of my friends who are suffering from various ailments. more

I have found Advanced Chiropractic Center's acupuncture very helpful in treating my acute injuries and conditions. I was once severely injured and my shins were purple, green, orange, and red from the injury. Within 45 min. after the acupuncture treatment, the colors on my legs changed to normal and I went dancing that night. Another time, I had an acute itching rash all over my body , and after their treatment, the rash was completely gone. more

Chiropractic has got me my life back 7/29/2010

After having stress and anxiety in my life, I knew my body needed something to keep going. I also knew taking medication was not the answer for me. I decided to try chiropractic care. The stress was so bad that it effected my family life, and that is something I did not want to effect my life. After getting adjusted at Advanced Chiropractic Center, I started to feel like myself again. All the stress that I had held in seemed to be relieved. I started enjoying life again and having fun with my family. Chiropractic has got me my life back and I know it works. more

I would recommend chiropractic to everyone! 7/29/2010

I have suffered from migraines and muscle pains for years. Sometimes the pain was so bad that it effected the way I worked and my daily work at home. I thought there was no help for me because nothing had really helped. After getting adjusted by Advanced Chiropractic Center I am free of the migraines and there is a significant decrease in my back pain. I am less irritated because of the pain and able to perform my job and daily life with less stress and discomfort. I know chiropractic works and I would recommend chiropractic to everyone! more

I had been suffering from low back pain for years; even pain pills never really got rid of my pain totally. After aggravating my lower back at the gym, I decided to try chiropractic care. When I went to Advanced Chiropractic Center in Portland I could barely stand straight, the pain was so bad that I could not even do my daily activities. Now I am good. Thank you! After getting adjusted at Discover Chiropractic there was a miracle, I did not suffer from lower back pain. This was something I had suffered with for years and learned to live with the pain. Now gardening is easier, and my workouts at the gym are longer. Chiropractic works! I know it helped me! more

Chiropractic does wonders for the body! 7/29/2010

I heard about Advanced Chiropractic Center from a friend who got relief from chronic headaches. I did not suffer from headaches, but I had neck pain for years and I wanted to see if Chiropractic could help me with my neck pain. In just two weeks I was encouraged because my neck pain had diminished considerably. I also realized that chiropractic helped me with my lower back pain and knee problems, which I had learned to live with for years. Chiropractic does wonders for the body! more

Wonderful acupuncture and massage ! 7/12/2010

I wanted to thank you all for the excellent care you provided me in the days leading up to my backpacking trip to the Olympic National Park.The trip was great and my back and sciatic nerve held up great during my 46-mile trek spanning 6 days over lots of varied terrain. My legs are a little sore from fatigue, but my back feels great. wonderful acupuncture and massage ! more

Dr. Pechenyuk’s approach to chiropractic is second to none. It is not just an adjustment, it is a way of life. When I leave Pechenyuk’s office, I move more freely. I feel more alive and most importantly I am pain free. I would recommend Dr. Pechenyuk to anyone and especially to those that are nervous about chiropractic care. He is great. more

Acupuncture has been treating frozen shoulder syndrome for thousands of years. It is a condition that I commonly see in my practice. Quickest results are seen when acupuncture treatment is sought soon after the onset of pain and limited range of motion.
