Austin (answered the phone) and JD (installer) were great! Fast, friendly service. Accessing the parking lot is a little tricky (turn into the alley of the next building from Santa Rosa and go all the way around that building). There are plenty of things to do within walking distance, coffee, shopping, etc., and the communication with me about the timing from ordering, to squeezing me in as soon as it was received, to the installation process was great! Stickers went back on the window and the work was warrantied. I honestly didn't price shop but they seemed transparent and upfront about the cost, hassle and haggle free. more

I have never experienced such amazing customer service from anywhere before! My truck windshield cracked over the weekend and they got me in first thing Monday morning and not only did they work around my schedule but they even went above and beyond and picked up and dropped my truck off back at my work. The windshield looks amazing and I have no complaints at all and will definitely be referring them to anyone who needs glasswork done! Thank you Advanced Auto Glass! more

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this company. I spoke with the owner Austin directly and he schedule my appointment for the very next day. He even had a mobile tech come to my home. I had been victim to a break in...smash and grab and my rear passenger window was broken out completely. The tech was professional and attentive. He cleaned the residue of tape off my door and left my vehicle looking amazing again! Thank you for genuinely caring about my satisfaction! Amazing! I keep replacing glass every time I go to SF (seems like it haha), but this time it was the windshield. A friend suggested Autstin at Advanced Auto Glass. Turns out, the factory windshield would be about $750 and the after market, over $400.\r When I said I would have to wait, Austin suggested I call my agent, because the glass repair was considered ""comp"" and not ""collision"" and the deductible might only be $100--and he was right! He saved us so much money, and was very nice, too! Best of all, they have mobil service, so there was no inconvenience at all! more

Decided to contact Advanced Auto Glass per a referral from a friend. \r \r If you're looking for an establishment to handle your broken glass, look no further. Austin is your man.\r \r He was able to order the glass (which was limited availability) handle my insurance information and install in 1 day! He's completely customer service oriented, and kind. As I sat in the front office area, I briefly listened to his interactions with customers, and was very impressed. He was very flexible with my crazy schedule, and the glass was installed perfectly-- can't even tell there was ever a break in. He and his crew exceeded my expectations. His front staff member, Jen, was personable and very sweet too. Great business.\r \r Thank you from the bottom of my heart! more

Austin and his team give speedy and excellent customer service! He was patient, helpful and thorough getting the information on the phone to have the\r repair happen the very next day! Our Chevy Volt now has the premium windshield glass and our teen drivers will be back on the road again. They even put our club/gym's sticker back on the new windshield. They go the extra mile.\r I'll be back soon for our SUV's cracked windshield. Highly recommend! more

Between them and my insurance company, I was on the phone for maybe 10 min's, had an appt for the very next morning and was back in the road with a new windshield within 2 hours. Fast, efficient and affordable (the owner even answered the phone on the 4th of July!) more

In today's automotive world it's hard to tell who is ripping you off, who is expert and what really was done. Austin and his crew were super helpful, confident and humble. I had a leak in my car from a sunroof and who'd have known it was clogged windshield drains that caused the water to then run into my car?!\r \r They cleaned out the windshield drain dirt/debris, checked out the rail drains, tightened up a warped seal around the sunroof itself and got me squared away without an appointment in under an hour. Top notch work gentlemen, and so thankful that my car's interior is staying dry. Thanks for helping me understand the process, for doing your best, and for being open to feedback. Also props to Shelby for the referral to a top notch mechanic to take care of my other auto issues. You guys rock and make me proud to have you part of my community. more

Austin is the man!\r \r Opportunist crackheads smashed both front and rear windows on the passenger side of my car on sunday morning along with 2 other cars in the same parking lot. They missed about 3k worth of tools in my trunk, but made off with change from my center console (haha). They also cut their fingers on spare razor blades I had in there (priceless).\r \r Onto the review:\r \r I brought my car to Austin on Monday morning but was informed later that the company that provides the glass brought the wrong size. Austin took care of the problem with the glass, brought guys in early the next morning to complete the repair. On top of that, Austin went above and beyond by giving me rides to work both days while my car was in his shop.\r \r Highly recommend, will do business again with him more

Had a rock hit our windshield on the freeway and the crack spread pretty quickly. I've been dreading getting it replaced (dealing with insurance etc.) but was referred to Advanced Auto by a friend and got it fixed with ease! Austin at Advanced Auto dealt directly with my insurance company and made the overall process very painless and easy. Wish I would have went to them weeks back :) Highly recommended - quality, friendly, and cost-competitive. I wouldnt go elsewhere. more
