Stands behind their product 11/14/2011

After purchasing a second 35mm camera (the first through eBay; the second at Advance Camera) for my son's photo class; Advance Camera stood behind their product and repaired camera damage. That is, after Jake dropped it on the grip end. Thank you for the services! more

Best Place 10/7/2011

My traditional 35mm film SLR advance was stuck, and I couldn't afford much to repair it. One of the techs took the camera back to his desk, and a few minutes later he was back. The camera was working, and the BEST part, he didn't charge me. I will definitely be back, and recommend other folks to this store. more

I wandered around for a little while trying to find what I needed, still no help frrom the employee! I finally asked for help and it seemed like the biggest inconvenience ever.
