Some of the staff are knowledgeable, some aren't. They never have enough staff during rush hours (after 4pm and weekends). I've had to purchase many parts for my car. They are usually good about returns, but I constantly am having to show them which part on their computer even though I know all the info about the part. When you get the right person to help, they are good and usually friendly.
