new parts at a decent price 11/10/2005

i always call around when i need something for my car. this is one of the places i check because they can be competively priced and sometimes are cheaper, but not always. everything i have ever gotten here worked great and i had no problems with them. if you have questions tho i would call around because they dont always have the right information more

I have been to this business in Cedar Rapids a few times to buy Auto Parts and this place is great. They always help you find what you really need and they really know what they are talking about. I tell them what I am looking for, they look in their computer and tell me my different options. The employees are great... and really know what they are talking about!! more

Problems Problems 6/30/2005

I had to make a return to this store, it was a $500.00 return. I was told it should be back on my credit card in 7-10 business days. It was not put on the credit card for two months. I called and tried to talk to some one to find out what was going on and no one knew. My advice is don't use a credit card to buy things there expecially if you might return it. You don't know how long it will take to get your money back. PROS: cheap parts CONS: too long to get my money back on a return with a reciept. more

they have decent prices here and their staff is decent. maybe not the most friendly but they usually know what they're talking about. they have a lot of parts in stock all the time more
