Adnah Hills Mobile Home Park

William Hopper is the owner of this community and has created a program for those with credit issues. They charge ten dollars for an application fee. Next they check your rental history and criminal background. Okay the pro's and con's to this little program. If by chance let's say you have an eviction on your credit. Your deposit will be nine hundred dollars. The pro's are you don't have to pay it all up front, and Yvonne will try to work with you while plotting on how much money to take for herself. The con's to this program is you will not get your deposit back if you don't submit a 30 or 60 day notice or if you move out before your lease expires or get evicted. Lately they seem to rent out to individuals that will be living above their means. Those on unemployment, Section 8. It is all about the money to Mr. Hopper. Over 50% of those tenants that pay that deposit are usually evicted and Adnah Hills keeps the entire six or nine hundred dollars in their pocket. Hopper knows that too. I would not recommend this community as a good place to stay because of the owner and office staff. Adnah Hills does not provide quality they patch up everything. No customer service skills at all. Evidently the owner does not have any values because he will not conversate with his tenants. He gives Yvonne the control. They must be dating because I know he is aware she robbing him blind. more

a terrible place to live and terrible peolpe that own this park!!! the trailers in this park are barely put back together the manager will not allow things to be fixed properly she wants every thing rigged up , she is a very rude person and mr hopper is a coward that does not even run his own company, he lets evon make all the decisions and she does not know anything about fixing the homes, the other man that works there is a christian man who can not stand the manager and only looks out for himself apparently they are very bad people and i would not recommend working there or living there it is a very bad community where the police have to constantly control . and the trailers are so bad that the floors are falling in, these people fired a man that has 3 children and lives paycheck to paycheck after they used him to do a quick flip on 12 trailers he was also hurt in the process of this and they refused to pay workmens comp, i guess he could sue these people for this treatment but instead he will just leave that up to karma, i hope they sleep well!!
