I took my daughter's dog there to be spayed. Years ago I took all out cats and dogs there and spaying was under $100 with a Spring Farm voucher. I should have researched prices because they charged me $355 after an $85 voucher. Then say they won't do the surgery for 3 weeks. The day before she was scheduled to go in she starts to go into heat but when my daughter dropped her off they said it was not a problem. I go to pick up the little mutt and they wanted another $50 because she was in heat. $355 + $50+ $85 = $490 to spay a 30 pound dog and it turns out $50 of that is for "pain meds" - 2 pills that retail for under $3 each. Had they told my daughter before the dog was dropped off about the $50 junk fee she would have rescheduled. Had they done the surgery when I first brought in it was not in heat. If there was a way to go to 0 stars I would hit it.
