My parents bought Adelphi all-wood cabinets when they renovated their kitchen to make their home healthy for my mom, who suffers from Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. All-wood cabinets with factory-baked finish are known to be ideal for people with chemical sensitivities. However, the Adelphi cabinets they bought have been giving off terrible chemical odors, confirmed by air quality testing. Adelphi management has been completely unresponsive and refused to help mitigate the issue, which has forced my parents to live in a hotel for over two months. My parents have not asked for any compensation--simply for the cabinets to be replaced with new, unfinished cabinets. A company this unresponsive and unwilling to help a customer made devastatingly ill by their product does not deserve your business! I'd urge you to buy cabinets from a different company.
