These guys have saved our hides on more than one occasion. They have helped us fix a dryer and the wash machine twice. Very friendly and helpful. Had the answer on the spot and the parts too. Sure beats paying high dollars for a repairman or worse, having to buy a new machine. Two thumbs up!! They have my business for life!! more

Love these guys. It's Dec 27 and I've been waiting since Dec 19 for American Home Shield and n & K applicance to fix my washing machine. I'm done waiting. Adam the answer man has the part I need and told me how to replace it. I'm canceling the AHS contract. more

HAD THE PART I NEEDED AT A PRICE I WOULD PAY! 8/9/2011

Adam The Answer Man Had the A/C Run Capacitor I needed for less than $50 (probably a good margin) that the service company, AIRSTAR SERVICES INC. offered to make me a discounted deal on for $300.00 Plus the $69.95 service call. AIRSTAR also wanted to charge me $250 to chemically wash my condensor coils. ROBBERY! more

your first and last stop!!!!!!!! 11/27/2010

This should be your first and last stop when it comes to anything appliance related!!!! These guys have helped me w/ everything from my oven to my hvac system- and have been DEAD BALLS ON every time. I have even found them to have parts that have been discontinued for years. The best part is that they dont treat you like the idiot that we can somtimes be. They have the patience to walk you through each scenario to make sure you get the right part to fix you up the first time more

I'm a HVAC contractor, so I know alot of parts suppliers, when someone asks me where to turn if they want to do it themselves, the only name I give is Adam the Answerman. They are what the name implies. I use them myself. more

Ask Adam First - 2/25/2007

I have used Adam multiple times. We were sick of ordering parts online, only to find that the part we would recieve would end up being incorrect. Adam is very thorough and will ask you for enough information to get it right the first time. They troubleshoot the problem, and will walk you through fixing it. You can always call back if you find yourself in a jam. Adam always knows how to get you around something you think is too complicated. With Adam - everything seems simple! They are awesome and saved me $$$ in refrigarator repairs this year. Cons: none - except you have to do the work yourself! more
