Ad Force Private Security

i would not recommend anyone working for this company. i worked for this company for 4 years. they always messed with my schedule and my pay. george would always call me in on me days off, and he would tell me he couldn't get anyone to take the shifts. i was also an armed guard and most of the time i got unarmed guard pay. i even had an family emergancy, and he never even told me about it. i found out about the emergancy when i got home from my shift later on that night. my family member passed away later on that night. i asked him the next day why he didnt bother to tell me about my family emergancy, and his response was that he couldn't get somebody to take the rest of my shift. even my paychecks were late . to this day the company still owes me for alot of overtime, double overtime and even triple overtime. this company is a big joke. the owner is very greedy, and he filed bankrupcy, so he wouldn't have to pay anything on the lawsuit. if you want to work for peanuts or for free, be my guest. i was even asked to come back to work for them, and i told them HELL F'N NO! more

George Garcia is not paying his employees. He sent out payroll checks knowing that there wasn't any money in the account to pay the employees. A week later, there still isn't any money! He currently has an ad in the Stockton Record for an armed guard position. Apply if you like to work for FREE! He is not even man enough to open the doors to discuss the problem with his employees. I was trying to find a reputable bail bonds agency in Stockton, and I came across ""Mr Bond Bail Bonds."" So I wanted to verify this company and their current listed physical address at (3108 N Cherryland Ave, Stockton CA). When I got their the gate was closed so I called their number and and woman replied ""ad force"". I asked is this a bail bonds agency the woman told me to call (209)9313895. Out side of their building their is no company name that I can see at all, and the windows were blacked out. I looked up ""ad force security"" and the address is the same as the ""Mr bond bail bonds"" address. So I read the review below by john rosevile. Doing business with this security company has not been a pleasant experience. They are very unorganized, and their account manager is hard to get into contact with. When Ad Force approach me with their security proposal and I went ahead with their contract, that was the last time I seen or even talk to their account manager. They also keep mailing me their other clients mail, talk about client confidentiality!!! I once called Ad Force office and their secretary picked up and replied, ""Lagardia Homes, sorry Ad Force how can I help you."" Not to mention they always keep their office parking lot gate closed, This company must not have too many happy clients if they keep their clients from contacting them.
