Amy the therapist needs therapy for the head. She could be excellant at what she does if she took the time to listen to the people she treats instead of make her own clinical asumptions. She becomes very defensive when you begin to question her methodology. She can use a refresher course on bed side manners. Maybe she has been doing this far too long.
