Action Towing

My family had a run in with this company yesterday that left a HUGE bad taste in my mouth. My son had come to visit his friend at a local trailer park and had been there less than an hour, but when he came out the truck he'd driven was gone! We had to call the cops to find out it had been towed. more

F rating with the BBB should say it all.. since it might not... \r \r They charge more for you to get your car out on a Sunday then to leave it until Monday. Cars are not protected during their incarceration. There are signs in their windows full of profanity (those "cute" little collectors signs). There was one guy that they took his $100 bill and were supposed to bring back his change of $25 for not towing his car and leaving it there after they had already picked it up. He never did get his $25 back. They crawl through neighborhoods with their tow bar down (illegal), they don't turn on their lights while taking your car (illegal).. all to sneak off with your car. The owner looks dirty and nasty and was really creepy. My kids and I sat outside while a family friend got his car back that they had towed from in front of my home and the owner was leering at us and made a nasty pass at me and we had to sit and look at the filthy mouthed sign in the window the entire 45 minutes it took to g more
