If you need to rent a home I reccomend renting through action property managament. They have sent vendors out in just couple hours of me calling in a maintenance request and they take care of any problem over $50. My rent is lower than my neighbors and i couldnt be happier with my home. more

Visiting Action Property Management's office was a great experience. I went in having many questions not knowing anything about renting and Daniel at the front desk was very helpful with all of them while being very polite. They were professional and well organized. My wife and I signed a contact with Action Property Management (APM), they have been managing our property in AZ for over 4 years. We have become increasingly unhappy with their service and owner Terry Kozell, who changes the reserve when he feels. We have gone months without getting an owners draw but APM continues to receive their commission and sit on our money. Because of our unhappiness, we gave 30 days notice as agreed within the contract. There are start and end dates on the contract but Terry Kozell stated via email (2010) If you discontinue services for any reason, you are canceling management regardless if you want to call it a non-renewal or not DO NOT SIGN Management agreement or you will be stuck in a contact. Pros: Stay away Cons: THEY will TAKE your MONEY and HOLD YOU HOSTAGE more

We found the perfect house to rent (we thought), So we signed a two year lease. They don't fix anything, but if by chance they do come they bring a can of Wd40 to do the job. If you have an emergency repair you are in BIG trouble, we went without water for 48 hours. PLUS when we moved in there was nothing cleaned...sauce all over the walls, dog mess in the backyard everywhere including pet stains on the carpets....long story short we got our lawyer involved, so we got some things repaired, but upon move out they still kept $350 of our deposit. NEVER AGAIN......what comes around goes around...hopefully karma will take care of them....please listen to these reviews. They are slum lords. This is a horrible company to work with. I dont even know where to begin. This company in my opinion needs to quit. I have never in my life encountered such rude little snots in all of my life. They never respond to any type of call they just dont. AT ALL... All of the people in that office are discusting people. Never have I been treated so badly. I honestly dont even know what they do all day other than talk to each other. When we went into sign our lease they were in the back gabbing at each other like high school girls.
