I have a hard time finding a place that can cut my hair the way I like it. Act one came recommended to me so I decided to give it a go. I had no problem making an appointment, they are very flexible and accommidating. I had a great experience, I was so relaxed and extremely satisfied with my cut. She was even able to style my hair (bangs) the way I like it. Great service and great prices! more
