cleaned everything up 8/24/2011

Suddenly one time, my toilet got clogged in the master’s bedroom. I heard from a neighbor about Ace Plumbing so I called and explained my situation, they sent a plumber and he fixed the problem. He was very polite and patient. After he was done he cleaned everything up. I’m very pleased with their service! more

to make a good impression? Call ACE 8/20/2011

The in-laws were in town and we were running the dishwasher to prepare for dinner and I heard dripping coming from the kitchen. I went in to find water spewing out of the sink drain and pouring over the edge onto the floor - this was not going to help me make a good impression on my father in law. I called ACE and they sent a guy out right away who diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. more

I had a valve leak a few hours before having to go out of town, and ACE was able to find the parts for my water meter and fix it the same day, allowing me not to have to move my travel arrangements. I sincerely appreciate his going the extra mile (literally, since he had to drive about 40 miles to pick up the part) to resolve my problem quickly. more

I called ACE plumbing for a non emergency after hours. Someone was available to make an appointment for the next day. They were able to schedule the time I wanted, even with such short notice. Mario arrived on time and was very professional! He completed the work on my kitchen faucet very quickly. He took the time to explain the problem to us. The price was well below another quote we received! ACE was very professional, efficient, and reasonable. We definately recommend them! more

ACE solved it 12/16/2010

We had a leakly hot water heater and called Ace on a Saturday. They showed up at our door within 2 hours. They looked at the water heater and quickly diagnosed it as having a faulty valve. The entire thing was fixed within 30 minutes. (Note that we had called a competitor plumber beforehand who said that our water heater was broken and needed to be replaced. That plumber never called us back so we sent to Ace and solved the problem.) more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 12/16/2010

A clogged toilet is never convenient. I called another company but they didn't show up. I ended up calling ACE and they at my place within 90 minutes and fixed the problem. The service was fast and the guy fixed the problem in no time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! more

I was very pleased with ACE 12/12/2010

I found ACE via citysearch. Their visit was easy to arrange; their receptionist was polite and helpful. "Ronnie" showed up at the start of the 1 hour range I was provided. He was courteous, explained what he was doing, fixed our issue quickly & didn't charge an arm & a leg (although I don't know whether $125 / hr is standard for plumbers or not). I was very pleased with ACE and will not hesitate to use them again. more

This is a company that truly cares about their customers. They give clean, quality and economical work and consideration. To deal with Trio was a good memorable experience. If we ever need anything done again, we are definately going to call them again! more

My recommendations!! 11/30/2010

I called them to repair my leaking shower. The cost was reasonable. I can't repair a faucet, they are trained professionals, they are the subject matter experts, and you get what you pay for. They were able to come out within the hour. I had wasted time at a local hardware store with salesclerks who were getting paid whether I bought anything or not. I think this is a great team of plumbers, and I highly recommend them. more

They're the best! 11/30/2010

As the plumber was leaving just now, I told him what great news the result of his estimate was, and laughingly added that I should put it in writing for him to clip onto his dashboard to see often - he agreed that it was rare for someone to be happy when the plumber came, and why not put it on YELP. That's right - 5 stars This is my second service experience with them, and was a sump pump issue. The first was a firehose-like kitchen faucet incident, at which time I was so pleased I signed up for the the lifetime contract. Today just validated the value of that decision. Something I am especially impressed with is their willingness to explain every possible solution to a problem so you can make an informed decision - They're the best! more
