Ace Plumbing, Heating and Air has done various things for me. Most recently I have a rental property and the tenant told me there was some water that was leaking onto the floor. So I called them up and they came out and tested everything. They told me the problem is not from the plumbing, that it may be from condensation or something else. They turned out to be right about that, there was a broken fan that was causing condensation to build up. They were honest and didn't do any unnecessary work, which I was really happy about. They knew how the plumbing worked and how the drainage worked and they were able to assure me it wasn't coming from the toilet or the shower and explained to me how they knew that based on their knowledge on drainage. That was a real relief to me. They didn't have to do any invasive probing or anything that would have taken up excess time and cost a lot more money. I was impressed. The bill was very reasonable, much less than I expected to have two plumbers come out. They were prompt, they came when they said they would come, they did what they needed to do and didn't do any more than that!
