One guy was sent out to do the job so my husband had to help the whole time. The worker could not hold up the hardware and screw it into the wall at the same time. One of the doors was put on off the track, the worker told my husband not to push open the door too fast or too hard or the door would pop off the track. My husband told him how to fix it so that the door would not come off the track. Hardware was put on crooked and uneven so my husband had to tell the worker that we wanted it fixed. The worker asked my husband where the studs were,my husband's reply was he did not know, so the worker said well I am going to put a bunch of screw holes in your ceiling to find a stud so my husband had to find his personal stud finder to give to the worker. The worker went up in our ceiling to run the wiring, his foot went thru leaving a big hole. My husband finally called the manager, much to our surprise the manager of the company never apologized and told my husband that the worker was not suppose to go up in the attic to run the wiring and that if we wanted things fixed we could just let the worker know what to fix. We placed a stop payment on our check because we were VERY dissatisfied with the work/service that we received. We were contacted about 3 weeks later by the manager because he was concerned about the stop payment that was placed on the check. We were never contacted about getting our ceiling repaired. I will NOT recommend any one to use this company. Now the manager is offering a $100.00 discount, hardly makes up for all the trouble. We are not wanting to get the doors for free but we want what is fair. If we can not come to an agreement the company is going to file a lien on our house, the manager has also threatened to come take the doors off. I hate to think of how everything would look like or how it would have been installed if my husband had not been home correcting the workers mistake. It was not my husband's job to stand behind the worker telling him to fix ALL the mistakes.
