My car has 195,000+ miles It wasn't driving right, kind of a sputter and the check engine light was on. My concern with that kind of mileage and I knew I had missed a major service, was that I was going to have some MAJOR problems. With their advice and technical knowledge we agreed to fix a couple ot items at a time, since money was an issue for me. Well the cost was EXTREMELY reasonable and all my problems are resolved. They genuinely want to please their customers. They know if you're happy with their services you'll let others know. I have never taken the time to write a review until now. Thanks guys for such good work, I'm a happy customer. more

Very happy with service and price 1/6/2011

I came in for a creak in the front end of my volkswagen. They knew exactly what it was and fixed it for under what several other places wanted to just look at it. Least I can to is let everyone know my experience. Thanks, I am very happy! more

Seriously good people, take your car here... 1/3/2011

I have been coming to ACE for several years now and have never had a problem. They just installed brakes and checked the alignment on my Toyota Sienna. The thing drives straight down the road and feels like new! Jason always gives me great advice and makes my wife and I feel like family. You should take your car to Ace, you won't be sorry. more

Totally blown away, Great Service! 12/29/2010

I was extremely happy with the experience I had. I made an appointment for a smog check and when I showed up they were ready for me! They called me by name, gave me a nice little waiting area to sit in (very comfortable chair by the way), good coffee, and took me right in. more

Ace Auto Care has been great for our family. It is a family-oriented business. 12/27/2010

We have known Jason, at Ace Auto Care, since pretty much the day he opened 12 to 15 years ago. He is pretty awesome. The first time we used him was around Christmas time. We were a military family, new in the area, and our car was on the fritz. He was so good about working with us on the holiday. He has been great for us ever since. We have had quite a few cars, and he is always good. When you go in, don't be afraid to ask questions. Jason will be right there to let you know what is going on and know what the prices are. They are great people. I don't have any complaints. more

Very nice shop 7/22/2010

This shop fixed my car quickly. The staff was very helpful. My window got stuck all the way down, they diagnosed it & fixed it promptly & at a reasonable cost. Would definately recommend. more

ACE knows their stuff! I have taken my cars to Jason for years, & he & his staff are always professional, courteous & knowlegable. This shop is the cleanest in Atown!! They pride themselves on fixing your car the first time, not just throwing parts on & hoping the problem goes away like some other places do. Do yourself a favor, go visit ACE, they will take care of your vehicle & do it at a fair & reasonable price. This is how Jason does business, quality work at a fair price. Craptacular 2/16/2010

These guys are crooks. I took my car in and received a quote of $468(parts and labor) for a front wheel bearing replacement. A quick call to a competitor came in at $250 (parts and labor). Upon notifying Ace the owner immediately took offense to my shopping for a better deal and charged me $100 for the estimate which consisted of them driving the car around the block. Very rude on the phone and in person when I picked up the car. Cannot recommend them to anyone. Pros: none Cons: rude, expensive, poor customer service more
